Extra bed mattress is uncomfortable (has a hard rib in the middle where it folds)

While planning for this staycation, I connected with the hotel on Whatsapp as well as through mail to inform the staff I was speaking to, Sonia, that I had booked for 3 rooms& 6 persons, however on the system it was showing 3 rooms and 4 person only. Sonia confirmed on whatsapp that the reservation is okay for 6 person as the price is same for 3 rooms for double occupancy. And i also requested for an early check in as we will check out early on our last day, which she confirmed. Upon our arrival that morning, the staff at the reception said that Sonia no longer work there, the conversation was only 2 days before, and several msgs was exchanged on whatsapp confirming that they will hold atleast 1 room for early check in as we mentioned we were travelling with senior citizens. However, when we arrived we were told no such information was received. Breakfast was already paid in our package but they had our parents paid for their breakfast again on the same day. Them I went to the reception to clarify and then they agreed to refund. what if our parents did not tell us? they would have kept the money quietly! they should check and confirm before billing a client, because my parents kept saying that we had already paid in our package. They were told to pay for breakfast otherwise they will not be allowed to. Seriously, I was disgusted with this kind of service!!! And there was not much for international food. Their breakfast was mostly for indians and lots of curry and my mum is a heart patient and I have stomach problem, we had to survive on Bread and butter for 4 days! Paying for breakfast buffet and only to eat bread and butter???????!!!!!

The rooms do not have any view , so even if the weather is good there is no Lawn view or even road view where you can open windows

Eigenlijk zo'n typische internationale hotelsfeer. Geen echt persoonlijke sfeer. Badkamer was ook niet helemaal proper, waterglazen zaten onder stof en vuil lag onderin het badkamer meubel.
Het bed was doorgelegen, en veel te zacht.
Je komt in Indië best wel wat guesthouses tegen waar men harder zijn best doet.
Bij mijn feedback houd ik uiteraard rekening met mijn verwachtingen bij dergelijk groot hotel. We betaalden 260 euro voor 2 nachten (tijdens Holi) wat veel is voor deze regio.

The location was so bad it’s built in a colony no markets nearby no connection dont have words to describe food was ok but overly priced staff don’t even want ti talk ti arrogant finding ways to pull more money from u specially the management guys the servers where ok overall o think this propert my should not be on booking.com with such high raiting really disappointing with bookings rating system

Staff responses were very unsatisfying.

My wife had been trying to get out a slice of toast that was stuck in the toaster and one of the female staff members pushed open the door so fast and wild that it hit me wife on the head and there was no apology from that staff member or any other staff member the one guy brought us a bag of ice a few minutes later my wife has a huge bump on her head and she is complaining about severe pain on that spot, another issue was your staff members were pressing my door buzzer at 11:35 pm whilst I was asleep getting rest for my long drive to Haridwar the next day and he kept pressing the buzzer and disturbing me when I opened the door he asked me if he can clean the room at 11:35 pm In the night this is ridiculous honestly the rooms were clean the floor was very dirty also there is too many mosquitos flying around some sort of pest control should be used

Its a bit far from core vrindavan but was manageable. Walk 100 metres to find tuk tuk or autorickshaw
