Ideaal voor een nacht op doorreis of als je met de moto door Luxemburg gaat rijden...

Cons:

De glazen deur van de inloopdouche was misschien net een tikkeltje te kort waardoor er nogal wat water in de badkamer op de vloer kwam.
Dit is echter maar een kleine opmerking...

Prima hotel, dure/slechte oplaadvoorziening

Wij hebben één nacht verbleven in BrauHotel Luxemburg als doorreis naar onze vakantiebestemming.

De ontvangst was vriendelijk en verliep vlot. De hotelkamer was netjes, schoon en verzorgd. Ook het ontbijt was prima. Het is niet heel uitgebreid of bijzonder, maar voor een doorreis is het meer dan voldoende. Daarnaast is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel, al vonden wij de parkeerkosten aan de hoge kant.

Cons:

Een minder prettige ervaring hadden wij met het opladen van onze hybride auto. Het hotel rekent het laden apart af, wat op zichzelf begrijpelijk is, maar de tarieven zijn erg hoog. Daarnaast klopte de geregistreerde hoeveelheid verbruikte stroom volgens ons niet. Wij kregen een rekening voor bijna 30 kWh, terwijl onze plug-in hybride een maximale accucapaciteit van 19 kWh heeft. We hebben dit bij het hotel gemeld, maar helaas werd hier weinig aandacht aan besteed en werd onze opmerking niet serieus opgepakt.

Ons advies aan toekomstige gasten die elektrisch willen laden: maak gebruik van een van de openbare laadpalen in de omgeving. Daar gelden normale tarieven en voorkom je discussie over de geregistreerde laadsessie.

Al met al is het een prima hotel voor een overnachting tijdens een reis, maar wij zouden de laadvoorziening van het hotel afraden.
