Cons:

Arrived at 10pm and was told by the hotel manager manning the reception that there were no more rooms were available to stay. There were more guests facing the same situation. Our queries were not addressed and we were left in the lurch. The hotel manager told us to cancel the booking. I had to book another hotel nearby to stay for the night.

Booking.com is also not responding promptly to my queries regarding the refund.

Hotel nya sedikit bau dan kotor,staf juga tak layan elok. Hampir 2 jam tunggu staf dan check in pasal dia tengah tidur.

Good Hotel but no clean no maintenance
Pros:

Only place is location & car parking

Cons:

Totally no cleanliness, Foreign staff; no hospitality at all. Hotel Lobby Totally smells weird. Good location but seriously need to upgrade. No more bookings this place unless they upgrade the hotel
