I really liked this hotel. My apartment was fantastic, new, extremely clean, with lots of natural light, wonderful views and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is located in a very good neighbourhood, very close to the Nanjing International Exhibition Center and shopping malls. There are two subway stations nearby, making it easy to access some of Nanjing's tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was varied. Highly recommended.
They charge for things like tea in the room or disposable toilet cushion, which are free in other hotels.
Nice room, bed and pillows and gym facility.

Room facilities are excellent. One of the best I have seen. So, highly recommend it if someone would like to stay in a hotel with a home-like experience. The apartment is spacious and more than sufficient for shorter stays. All equipment and furniture are of high quality. The kitchen is well-equipped; you can find everything except a dishwasher, which is not critical, as even a single cup left after tea/coffe is perfectly washed by the staff daily (many thanks to the person taking care of my room). Besides cleaning and providing new towels, they bring good drinking water and tea/coffee packets daily. The staff is very kind and ready to support 24/7; the only thing which would be nice to improve is the English level, which will help them serve guests even better
I think breakfast is the weakest point of the hotel. There are plenty of staff for breakfast, but there isn't much suitable for breakfast, at least for Europeans unfamiliar with Chinese cuisine. Surprisingly, there were no options to taste a variety of teas; the only ready-made tea fusion was of such poor quality for the tea-producing country. Similarly, one can say the same about bread, which was often taken straight from the fridge and served cold.

It was perfect!
Accommodation was very well laid out with plenty for space for relaxing or working. Having a separate bedroom made it much more comfortable. Price was extremely good compared to what I would expect to pay elsewhere in the world.
