Me gusto la arquitectura y decoracion del hotel
Por la noche tuvimos una bulla fuerte al interior , una pareja o sabe Dios quienes venian de fiesta

We won’t be going back.
Pros:

Great location if you want to be in town

Cons:

Slow service. 5 Euro to have I’ve delivered when paying 5 star rates. Paying for extra drinking water. We had stayed here three years ago and had a great experience.

Comfy room but overpriced food and poor WiFi
Pros:

Lovely comfy rooms. Front of house staff lovely.

Cons:

Food and coffee wasn't great. WiFi was dreadful and pool staff looked bored. Didn't feel looked after.

Great hotel! Amenities need some maintenance , but overall great experience would stay again
Pros:

Location is great , vibe was great , rooms are clean, breakfast and bar was perfect. Only issue was the coffee machine didn’t work and I mentioned and they came and changed it with another one that didn’t work either , the bidet also didn’t work even though they sent someone to fix but still.

Carlos from the reception on the other hand was what made the stay very comfortable , he was great to deal with checking in and checking out , he made everything smooth and the stay worth it

Amazing impressive concierge

The Standard Ibiza is in a fantastic location—right in the heart of Ibiza Town and within walking distance of the marina, Old Town, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and vibrant.

What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service from the concierge team, especially Helena and Titziana.

Their patience, professionalism, and genuine care went far beyond what we expected. No matter how many questions we had or how many restaurant recommendations, beach reservations, or last-minute changes we needed, they always helped with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and consistently gave us outstanding recommendations that made our Ibiza experience so much more special.

It is rare to find people who are not only incredibly hardworking but who also truly care about creating memorable experiences for their guests. Helena and Titziana were the reason our trip felt effortless and unforgettable. Their warmth, attention to detail, and dedication made all the difference.

A heartfelt thank you to both of them and the entire team. We would absolutely stay at The Standard Ibiza again, largely because of the incredible hospitality we received. They are true assets to the hotel.
