The location is perfect, but if you don’t take the rooms facing the sea view, I don’t recommend it. The rooms are clean and the decor is nice.
I expected a lot more from a 5-star establishment, even with the “no sea view”room we booked. Having stayed at 5-star hotels in various countries, this experience was mediocre at best. I deliberately chose this hotel as a special, premium treat for the day of our anniversary, but it did not live up to expectations.
The property is very small and lacks a proper lobby area to sit and unwind. Breakfast was decent, but featured almost no vegetables (we actually had a wider selection at a 3-star hotel in Greece).
Although the hotel requests that guests inform them of special events, our 20th anniversary—which I communicated multiple times in advance—went completely unnoticed, save for emails pushing paid room upgrades. (The hotel before we came to ON had no stars, but they left a heart of towels on our bad, and small gestures that made everything feel nicer).
Additionally, we checked into a room with a broken TV. I had to suggest a room change myself to avoid having our short 2-day vacation interrupted by maintenance. They did move us, but it was to the exact same room type facing an adjacent building. Usually, 5-star hotels offer some form of compensation for the inconvenience and wasted time, but not here.

Fabulous and beautiful location. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. It was the most comfortable and pleasant stay that provided some luxury to our trip.

The breakfast was very good with a great selection of items. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent location, comfortable beds, helpful staff. We invited our friends over to the hotel's roof bar and had a great time. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. All the taxi drivers know the hotel, good breakfast, and they arranged a taxi from and towards the airport.
Everything was up to my expectations. Nothing to complain about and i will definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.
