Rooftop terrace gives edge
Pros:

Bed is excellent, pool area lovely. Some found pool cold but personally was happy with it.
Initially the area seemed remote, excluding city life, however very nice independent places to eat a short walk east. Opting out of room clean daily gives a voucher for free drink in pool area. A beer is 8 euros

Cons:

Wasnt clear on what complimentary in room, what wasn't.

Bel hôtel pour profiter calmement
Pros:

Un très bel hôtel. Chambre propre et belle. Rooftop vraiment sympa pour profiter de la piscine du soleil ou boire un verre. Situation à coté du centre commercial.

Cons:

Piscine extrêmement froide.
Malgré nos messages et appels pour confirmer la venue avec notre fils. Rien n’était prêt dans la chambre pas de lit ni de serviette. Nous avons dû rappeler pour les serviettes.
La localisation pas idéale pour visiter mais très bien pour du repos.

Schönes Hotel. Sauber und modern

Cons:

Absurd Hohe Preise an der Pool-Bar. Personal überfordert, Pool-bar wirbt mit Monaco Preisen (7€ Cola, Cocktail 20€) zu einem Service der einem Selbstbedienungsschalter bei McDonalds gleicht, im Hintergrund wird man von einer Playlist beschallt, die alle 2 Lieder eine Werbung schaltet. Tisch wurde 2h nicht abgewischt. Meine Anfrage ob eine Parkmöglichkeit im Hotel zur Verfügung steht, wurde 8h NACH!!!! meinem Check-Out beantwortet.

Restliches Personal und Service sonst sehr angenehm und professionell.

Great hotel, good location
Pros:

Staff were lovely, the bartender (from naples) was exceptional. Had a very nice conversation with him. Very pleasant, very respectful.
Rooftop pool in a city is a bonus.
Hotel cleaned to a high standard

Cons:

WiFi was poor. We have stayed in multiple NH collection hotels and this is the first time we had issues with the wifi.
Location for subway was great but surrounded area didn't have much in terms of things to do
However the area is being built up and the city life centre is a 10-15min walk away but no information of this in the hotel.
The prices of the beers/ cocktails can only be described as Greedy!! Absolute greed from the hotel. £8 for a beer is a disgrace and £18 for a small glass of cocktail is totally unacceptable.
Im the kind of person that will happily pay if something is worth it.......but £8 for a beer is worse than airport prices
