Cons:

Es war etwas abgenutzt und entsprach nicht den bildern. Es macht eher einen nicht so sauberen eindruck. Das zimmer war gar nicht schön und machte einen ungepflegten eindruck.

Der strand war nicht schön, kaputte bar am strand es war mehr eine baustelle als ein schöner strand.

Cons:

Das Frühstück und Abendessen entsprachen aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Niveau, das man von einem Haus dieser Kategorie erwarten würde. Auch die Situation rund um die Liegen und Sonnenschirme war enttäuschend: Es standen nicht ausreichend freie Plätze zur Verfügung. Gerade bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätten wir hier einen deutlich höheren Standard und eine bessere Organisation erwartet.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt – tolles Hotel, große und saubere Zimmer, hervorragendes Essen und eine traumhafte Atmosphä
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war wirklich wunderschön. Die Zimmer waren groß, geräumig, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das fantastische Frühstück mit einer riesigen Auswahl. Auch das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet und die Auswahl war unglaublich groß.

Das Einzige, was ich in dieser Preisklasse noch verbessern würde, wäre, Getränke beim Abendessen inklusive anzubieten. In anderen Ländern, zum Beispiel in Griechenland, sind Getränke bei solchen Angeboten teilweise bereits inbegriffen.

Ansonsten war wirklich alles perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. ❤️

Za tú cenu sa to absolútne neoplatí

Na raňajkách strávite 10 minút hľadaním ako tak čistého taniera, a nakoniec to aj tak zo zúfalstva vzdáte... Vytočený, pohoršený, znechutený do jedenia. Tak isto aj gym vyzerá dobre len na fotkách. Je tam prehnane horúco, jednoručky rôznych vysokých čísel, poškodené stroje.

Hotel molto bello, struttura curata e posizione splendida. Purtroppo però il livello del servizio non è all’altezza delle cinque stelle: in più occasioni il personale è sembrato impreparato e talvolta poco cortese. Anche il massaggio in spa non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative. L’aspetto più grave riguarda la sicurezza in piscina. Sono presenti elementi metallici con spigoli pericolosi; nostra figlia ha urtato la testa contro uno di questi riportando un trauma. Incredibilmente non c’era assistenza: ho dovuto cercare del ghiaccio al bar. Infine, in spiaggia non c’erano lettini disponibili nonostante il servizio dichiarato; molti erano occupati da persone esterne all’hotel e non c’era nessuno dello staff a gestire la situazione. È un hotel con grande potenziale ma servono più attenzione alla sicurezza e una gestione più professionale.
