Great potential, but not the 5-Star experience we expected
Pros:

The hotel has a stunning location surrounded by mountains, sea, and beautiful nature. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained. Breakfasts and dinners were tasty, and both the children's and adult pools were excellent, with heated water, which was a big advantage. The hotel itself is very beautiful, with many picturesque spots for taking photos.

Cons:

There were several disappointing issues that are unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.
- The restaurant often served food on chipped and damaged plates, which looked unprofessional and unpleasant.
- The food selection was not very diverse, and there was a serious lack of fresh fruit. The fruit that was available was often poor quality — the grapes were consistently spoiled and rotten.
- Cleanliness in the restaurant also needs improvement. During breakfast and dinner, tables were frequently left dirty, and we often had to ask staff to clean them before we could sit down.
- The rooms lacked basic amenities that are normally standard in a 5-star hotel, such as cotton pads, cotton swabs, a dental kit, and a nail file.
- Parking is charged separately: €10 per day for outdoor parking and €20 per day for underground parking. For a hotel of this category, this feels unnecessarily greedy. It would be much more appropriate to include parking in the room rate rather than charging guests extra.
- Another strange detail was that during the first two days we received sealed bottles of drinking water in the room, but on the third day they were replaced with a carafe filled with tap water.
- The à la carte restaurant was especially disappointing. We were traveling with a small child and had lunch there several times. The food quality was very poor. The chicken soup was essentially just hot water with dry noodles, without any meat or vegetables. The shrimp Caesar salad was made with bitter lettuce that seemed to be leftover from breakfast, topped with three overcooked, not-fresh shrimp and covered with a yogurt-based dressing. This was very different from the classic Caesar salad described on the menu.
- Drink prices were also excessively high. Even a simple bottle of water cost around six times more than in local stores.

Kurztrip war OK, aber für einen längerfristigen Aufenthalt müssten sie doch deutlich was ändern.
Pros:

Das Ambiente im Hotel, die Zimmergröße, die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb Aber zu Fuß kann man an der Promenade wunderbar Richtung Makarska spazieren. Das Buffet am Abend ist ausreichend groß, etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail, wäre noch wünschenswert.

Cons:

Leider war es in unserem Zimmer sehr laut, lautes Getrampel, zu jeder Tages- und fast auch Nachtzeit waren zu hören, was untertags zum Fertigmachen fürs Abendessen noch egal war, war Richtung Mitternacht zum Einschlafen doch sehr störend. Eventuell ist die Bauweise nicht ordentlich mit Trittschalldämmung oder sonstiges gebaut worden?
An der Poolbar (Adults Only) Bereich turnten und spielten teilweise 10 und mehr Kinder und sprangen ins Wasser, man musste auf seine Getränke achten, dass diese nicht voller statt leerer wurden. Leider hat hier das Personal keine Hinweise den Gästen erteilt. Auch die Reservierungen von Sonnenliegen, teilweise von in der Früh bis am späten Nachmittag obwohl man den ganzen Tag nicht anwesende ist, sollte vom Personal strenger kontrolliert werden, weil es nicht fair gegenüber anderen Gästen ist.

Cons:

Speisesaal zu kühl klimatisiert.Bei voller Auslastung hoher Lärmpegel,alles auf SB Basis,sehr viele Familien mit Kindern.Freie Tischsuche im Aussenbereich erfordert oft Geduld.Strandbereich am Meer ist öffentlich, kein eigener Bereich für Hotelgäste.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night while travelling, as we wanted a relaxing stop halfway through our journey. It turned out to be a very good choice.

The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. Since we were only staying for one night, we had booked a standard room, but we were pleasantly surprised when we were offered an upgraded room with a beautiful sea view.

The receptionist, Jelena, was extremely kind and professional, speaking both English and Italian perfectly, which made everything very easy for us.

The dinner was very good, with a wide variety of choices, and the breakfast was also excellent. The swimming pools were clean and well kept. Although the hotel is not very large, it is very well organised and offers activities for children as well, making it a great option for families.

The beach below the hotel is beautiful and definitely worth visiting.

We would highly recommend this hotel and would happily return if we have the opportunity in the future.

Co dla nas niezwykle ważne – hotel wyróżnia się ogromną klasą i profesjonalizmem. Nawet w przypadku małego nieporozumien

Fantastyczny hotel! Obsługa, pokoje, jedzenie i absolutnie wszystko, co oferuje, zasługuje na pełne 5 gwiazdek. Z pokoi roztacza się przepiękny widok na morze. Na miejscu znajduje się duży, świetny basen z barem, jest bardzo bliski dostęp do plaży oraz duży, wygodny parking. Komfort na najwyższym poziomie.
