Everything is good, but nothing is excellent.
Price is too high for offers.
The hotel was very clean and very nice. The check in was easy and the front desk people friendly. The rooms were very large with good ac. The breakfast was good with a lot of selections. Would have liked a custom made omelette station. The beach was right in front of the hotel and the water was perfect. The indoor pool was large and very nice as was they gym. Like that the access to the restrooms was near the outdoor pool areas.
The food at the hotel was good with room for improvements in dinner main dishes. There were tons of side choices but I felt that the main dishes could be improved. They had some steak and fish dishes but they looked like side dishes. Maybe do fewer side dishes and improve on the main dishes. The very beautiful beach was right across the hotel to enter the beach you go down some stairs. As you start descending the first two things you will see are 1. and abandoned shack that is boarded up and a shack that contains old dilapidated "palapas" (thatched roof beach umbrellas). I am really surprised that management hasn't decided to tear them down; they look like an eye sore. Also there were lots of beach chairs and umbrellas and at one end there were a stack of beach loungers that looked like they belonged to the hotel but not exactly sure. I would suggest the hotel send in some employees a few times a day to tidy up the area. They could also convert the abandoned shack into a water and cold tea station. With a little bit of work and not much money this area can become really impressive. The resort is full of very young kids running around unsupervised during breakfast and dinner, this of course is a reflection of the parents and not the resort.
A szálloda gyönyörű. Délelőtt a csarnokban zongoráztak, az személyes kedvencem volt. Az ételek változatosak és finomak. A szobák, nagyok, kényelmesek, talán még sehol nem aludtam ennyire jó, kényelmes king size ágyon.
A trend sajnos már itt is tetten érhető, hogy kora reggel lefoglalják a nyugágyakat a medence mellett, sokszor egy ember, akár 8-10 törölközőt is letesz, melyet a nap nagy részén nem használnak. Így sok mindenkinek nem volt helye, már júniusban sem. A közvetlen tengerpart, szemetes, elhanyagolt. A szállodai személyzet igyekezet napágyakat lehozni, de ez szerintem méltatlan egy 5 csillagos szálloda környezetéhez.

Hotel pięknie położony, dostaliśmy darmowy upgrade pokoju na taki z widokiem na morze i góry, piękne zachody słońca z balkonu. Pokój bardzo przestronny, czysty. Recepcja hotelu robi ogromne wrażenie. Bardzo duży wybór jedzenia w restauracji, bardzo różnorodnie, z kącikiem dla dzieci.
