Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute .
Pour un transit d’une nuit c’est parfait
L’endroit est vraiment cosy et mignon

Ok, aber auf Sauberkeit achten
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist schön zurecht gemacht und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Bereits in Voraus wurde mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen und uns auch ein Flughafen Shuttle organisiert

Die Lage ist ggü eines Einkaufszentrum. Ansonsten ist in der Gegend nicht viel geboten.

Es gibt einen kostenlosen Wasserspender vor Ort

Cons:

Leider hatten wir Flecken auf des Bettwäsche und Fusseln und anderen dreck. Es war aber niemand mehr da, der es hätte tauschen können

Der Klodeckel blieb leider nicht von alleine oben, weshalb man ihn halten musste.

Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist leider sehr klebrig und verdreckt gewesen.

Chambré propre et spacieuse. Prise usb très pratique. Wifi rangement suffisant et frigo Possibilité de se servir de la cuisine partagée. Petit espace extérieur avec beaucoup de plantes

Cons:

Pas de tablette pour poser ses affaires de toilette dans la salle de bain. Robinetterie et autres un peu défraîchi. Hôte peu communicatif. Pas d'aide pour descendre les bagages. Hôtel très à l'écart et mal desservi par les transports en communs

Cons:

Um dia antes mandaram mensagem a perguntar a que horas íamos chegar, respondemos que íamos chegar perto da meia noite porque vínhamos diretos do avião. Não responderam à mensagem. No próprio dia, 1h antes da nossa escala no Canadá arrancar recebemos uma mensagem deles a dizer que a reserva estava cancelada porque houve um problema no nosso quarto, e o booking mandou a mensagem a dizer que eles cancelaram por terem tido outra reserva. Tivemos de em 1h antes do voo levantar arranjar outra opção, visto que íamos chegar bastante tarde foi super stressante arranjar outro lugar para dormir. Acho uma falta de respeito…
