Parfait.
Pros:

Le cadre était idyllique. Le personnel très avenant.
Des vélos sont à disposition, et canoës, c était super. Le linge est parfumé et sens bon. Un service de navette en voiture / tuk tuk pour aller en ville est mis à disposition gracieusement. On était au p’tits soins.

Pros:

Serdecznie polecam. Resort poza zgiełkiem miasta. Jest wszystko co jest potrzebne do relaksu i odpoczynku. Jeśli chcecie zorganizować wycieczki to pojedźcie tuk -tukiem do miasta i zaleją was kierowcy ofertami za 30 USD za cały dzień. Polecam serdecznie.

Cons:

Nie było gorącej wody pod prysznicem, ale przy takiej temperaturze na zewnątrz woda była w sam raz na schłodzenie się. Fanów gorącej kąpieli muszę zmartwić, ale nie jest to naprawdę duży minus.

Después de dos semanas recorriendo el país, pudimos relajarnos los tres últimos días de nuestro viaje en una de las villas del resort, que dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia muy cómoda sin perder la conexión con la naturaleza. Mi agradecimiento especial al señor Bunpheng, gerente del resort, que hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera memorable.

- The villas are quite new. Greetings was good. Room services was quick
- The design is modern. I particularly like the lightings. Big bathroom.

Cons:

- The room is not clean. I need to use flip flop instead of touching the ground with my bare foot
- The breakfast was below average. Too crowded. Little food
- The private pool is a bit small for a 2BR villa
- The bed mattress is too hard

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans ce magnifique hôtel en pleine nature. Le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous. Nous avions un chauffeur à disposition pour un aller-retour vers Kampot chaque jour. Très belle piscine ! Canoë Kayak à disposition pour se promener dans la cathédrale verte. C'est le plus bel hôtel de notre séjour. Si vous voulez un séjour paradisiaque, je vous recommande cet Hôtel.

Cons:

Chambre un peu vieillotte avec lavabo dans la chambre et non dans la salle de bain airco juste au dessus du lit et pas de séparation à la terrasse avec la chambre voisine

I booked this resort on my own without seeing any ads on social media, and I’m so glad I did ✨. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere felt peaceful and private, making it the perfect escape from the busy outside world 🍃🤍

The only issue was with my booking date—I accidentally booked for August 😭, which was three months later. I honestly thought everything was ruined, but the receptionist handled the situation with so much professionalism and kindness 🥹💓. He quickly helped rearrange new dates and even found another room for me without making the process stressful at all ✨

When night came, we went to the swimming pool , ordered some drinks 🍹, and requested a few Lana Del Rey songs 🎶. The bartender ended up playing the entire playlist for us, which made the atmosphere feel even more magical and relaxing 🌌💫

We spent the night swimming, listening to music, and simply enjoying the moment 🫶🏻. It was such a simple experience, yet it became one of the most memorable parts of our stay 🥰🤍

That small act of care made my stay even more memorable and showed me what genuine hospitality truly feels like 💌✨ Thank you, Bong 🌷

Formidable séjour dans un cadre magnifique ! 😍

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans cet hôtel. Les services et les équipements sont vraiment parfaits, tout est pensé pour le confort des clients. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très attentionné et toujours réactif à la moindre demande. 😊

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les activités proposées, notamment la possibilité de faire du canoë, ainsi que le service de bateau qui permet de découvrir les environs, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable et dépaysant.

Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Got worse
Pros:

It is a nice resort, good location and views, rooms are pretty. Swimming pool is good as well when it is clean. The staff in the restaurant are nice and responsive in the evening.

Cons:

The room on arrival wasn’t clean, although it was cleaned after the request.
They allow 5-6 people stay in one house so resort was overcrowded, swimming pool area was dirty most of the time noone was in a hurry to clean it.
Breakfast situation was completely out of control. Noone was refilling the food, at some point there was not a single cup left and again no attempts to fix it. Dirty dishes were also left on the table so there was nowhere to sit.
Not sure if it is a bad management or other issues but it feels like the resort went downhill since our last visit in January.
