Parfait en famille au sein des villas
Pros:

L’établissement est charmant, avec ses bungalows et ses ponts en bois.
La partie villa est légèrement excentrée et l’ambiance y est moins chaleureuse.
Le personnel a été agréable et réactif, merci à Bunpheng qui s’est occupé de nous.
Nous avons séjourné dans une villa de haut standing.
Grande et propre. Les enfants ont apprécié de pouvoir se baigner.

Le petit déjeuner est à la carte, vous pouvez faire plusieurs commandes de plat.
La restauration est de qualité.

Nous avons fait du kayak autour de l’hôtel mais n’avons pas eu beaucoup d’indication sur le chemin à suivre.

Le resort se trouve à 20 min du centre. Une navette est disponible, à la demande. Pas de commerce accessible à pied.

Les échanges avec le personnel se font sur whatsapp ou telegram.

Cons:

Les travaux de la piscine principale, nous n’avons pas été prévenu en amont.
L’accueil en anglais mériterait d’être amélioré.
L’accès aux villas pourrait être amélioré. Il s’agit pour le moment d’un espace de stockage pour les travaux.

El personal és molt amable i atèn ràpidament les necessitats. L'entorn. El passeig en barca per la Green Cathedral. L'habitació (villa) amb piscina privada, molt gran i pràcticament nova. És un hotel molt recomanable.

En arribar vam comprovar que a la piscina s'estaven fent reparacions i no podia fer-se servir. Però ràpidament el gerent va reaccionar amb un upgrade a la villa amb piscina privada, així que sense queixes. Era temporada baixa i tot era a "mig gas". L'esmorzar no era buffet donada la poca quantitat d'hostes. Lògic, però la nostra estada, doncs, sense esmorzar buffet. No hi ha aigua calenta a la dutxa, sorprenent per contrast amb el nivell de les instal.lacions. Un únic rotllo de paper WC... alguns detalls que possiblement eren deguts a poc personal per temporada baixa. Així i tot, el recomano. És evident que amb més personal ha de funcionar millor i les instal.lacions són genials i el personal amable. La ubicació una mica massa allunyada... Però alhora és un punt positiu: entorn tranquil. Et faciliten un taxi diari d'anar-tornar. En qualsevol cas, amb Grab són 10-15 minuts de tuktuk per 3 dòlars...

Parfait.
Pros:

Le cadre était idyllique. Le personnel très avenant.
Des vélos sont à disposition, et canoës, c était super. Le linge est parfumé et sens bon. Un service de navette en voiture / tuk tuk pour aller en ville est mis à disposition gracieusement. On était au p’tits soins.

Pros:

Serdecznie polecam. Resort poza zgiełkiem miasta. Jest wszystko co jest potrzebne do relaksu i odpoczynku. Jeśli chcecie zorganizować wycieczki to pojedźcie tuk -tukiem do miasta i zaleją was kierowcy ofertami za 30 USD za cały dzień. Polecam serdecznie.

Cons:

Nie było gorącej wody pod prysznicem, ale przy takiej temperaturze na zewnątrz woda była w sam raz na schłodzenie się. Fanów gorącej kąpieli muszę zmartwić, ale nie jest to naprawdę duży minus.

Gran sitio para cargar las pilas
Pros:

Después de dos semanas recorriendo el país, pudimos relajarnos los tres últimos días de nuestro viaje en una de las villas del resort, que dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia muy cómoda sin perder la conexión con la naturaleza. Mi agradecimiento especial al señor Bunpheng, gerente del resort, que hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera memorable.

- The villas are quite new. Greetings was good. Room services was quick
- The design is modern. I particularly like the lightings. Big bathroom.

- The room is not clean. I need to use flip flop instead of touching the ground with my bare foot
- The breakfast was below average. Too crowded. Little food

Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans ce magnifique hôtel en pleine nature. Le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous. Nous avions un chauffeur à disposition pour un aller-retour vers Kampot chaque jour. Très belle piscine ! Canoë Kayak à disposition pour se promener dans la cathédrale verte. C'est le plus bel hôtel de notre séjour. Si vous voulez un séjour paradisiaque, je vous recommande cet Hôtel.
