They charged me two times by accident and still didn't return money though I am broken. Also pretty noisy because of planes flying above. The location exactly on plane's route.

Check in was not until 4pm and then check out at 11am. Ridiculous. Over 600 rooms in the hotel available you do not need 5 hours to clean the room. And the cleaning lady was banging on the door at 10:30 to make it worse so I had to politely tell her to leave because check out was at 11. Ridiculous

Premium Hotel
Pros:

Premium looking hotel. I booked the junior king suite, and it was exactly that - the stuff of Kings! Breakfast was next level fantastic. Great service, will totally book again.

Cons:

Some subtle attitude changes from staff here and there, but we're all human afterall. The pros greatly outweigh the cons.

Le service au restaurant j'ai payé 50 dollars pour un plat que j'ai pas commandé ,je me plains elle me dit qu'il n'y avait pas de frite de pomme.mais pas de réduction.vous m'impose le plat et me faites payer 50dollars. Je passe la commande le la viande de boeuf avec les frites de pommes c'est autre chose qu'elle me ramène. J'ai été très déçu depuis ml l'accueil où j'arrive je suis là seule a attendre à la réception et laisser mes effets pour aller en match parce que ma chambre n'était pas encore prête.je veux me connecter je mets les informations demandées,mais pas de connexion. Tout ce que j'ai apprécié c'est le confort de ma chambre, j'ai au moins bien dormi.merci

Pros:

We recently stayed at Bloom Mississauga as a family of 4 with two kids, and we had a great experience. The hotel is very modern, new, and exceptionally clean. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

One thing we really enjoyed was the restaurant. We had dinner there and there was a great variety of options, including several good choices for children, which made things much easier for our family.

Parking was also very easy and convenient. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and large enough to accommodate our family comfortably.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely stay there again in the future.
