Le service !!! je crois qu en 6 jours je n ai pas eu une seule fois droit à un bonjour de la réception…
Au restaurant il semble que les serveurs ( qui sont gentils par ailleurs) soient livrés à eux mêmes sans manager, du coup ils sont incroyablement désorganisés et avoir son plat ou sa boisson demande beaucoup de patience.
Il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour que ça fonctionne… très étonnant pour un Hilton

Malheureusement, mon séjour est tombé pendant les travaux de rénovation de l'hôtel.
Pendant deux jours, nous avons dû supporter le bruit des marteaux sur la façade ou les murs (je ne sais pas exactement), mais cela résonnait dans toute la chambre.
De plus, en raison du changement de l'emplacement de la salle du petit-déjeuner, il était presque impossible de respirer en sortant de l'ascenseur à cause des très mauvaises odeurs.
J'espère que le séjour des autres clients s'est bien passé, mais malheureusement, ce ne fut pas le cas pour moi

Fijne hotel
Pros:

Wij hebben een erg prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De ligging is ideaal, het hotel ligt op een rustige locatie, maar toch dichtbij alles wat je nodig hebt. De hygiëne was goed verzorgd en het zwembad was schoon, ruim en heerlijk om in af te koelen en te ontspannen.

In de directe omgeving zijn verschillende eetgelegenheden. Direct naast het hotel bevindt zich een traditioneel Marokkaans restaurant waar je lokaal kunt eten. Op een paar minuten lopen ligt ook een McDonald's. Tegenover de McDonald's zit bovendien een gezellig restaurant met lekkere, betaalbare gerechten en een bijzonder vriendelijk team.

Wij hebben ons tijdens ons verblijf goed vermaakt. Dankzij de fijne sfeer, de goede faciliteiten en de gunstige ligging hebben we een heerlijke verblijf gehad. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabel verblijf met veel voorzieningen in de buurt.

Cons:

Het enige minpunt van ons verblijf was de ontvangst bij aankomst. Het personeel kwam niet erg vriendelijk over en we kregen geen uitleg of begeleiding naar onze kamer. Na een lange reis is het juist prettig als je vriendelijk wordt ontvangen en kort wordt geïnformeerd over de belangrijkste zaken.

Zo wisten wij bijvoorbeeld niet dat je de lift alleen kunt gebruiken met je kamersleutel. Hierdoor hebben we onnodig lang op de lift staan wachten. Uiteindelijk zijn we terug naar de receptie gelopen, waar ons pas werd verteld dat we de kamersleutel tegen het paneel moesten houden om de lift te kunnen gebruiken. Met een korte uitleg bij het inchecken had deze verwarring eenvoudig voorkomen kunnen worden.

Bij het uitchecken was gelukkig wel een vriendelijke jongen, wat het verblijf toch nog prettig afsloot. Verder hebben wij een fijn verblijf gehad en hebben we genoten van het hotel en de omgeving.

Мы выбрали отель с надеждой отдохнуть после длительной дороги и предстоящего перелета. Жаль что не получилось до 00:00 играл диджей очень громко звучала музыка, они сдают помещения под праздники. На сайте указано, что трансфер до аэропорта, на деле вам закажут такси за безумные деньги!
