Modern hotel great for families
Pros:

Great location, right beside a subway station. Rooms were very clean and modern, large enough to hold up to 3 people. Staff was very helpful and knew English.

Cons:

Amenities were mostly self-service, even water. I believe some amenities can come with the room but overall was a great stay.

No parking available for guest. Check-in was a long process, it took longer than normal. The cafe next door was much better and cost less than the hotels breakfast option.

雨に始終降られましたが、快適に過ごせました。ありがとう。

場所とシームレスなサービス。

Cons:

ランドリーマシンが少なくて、夜中じゅう寝不足の奪い合いになり、結局朝2時から4時に使うことになりました。そして、かなり汚い。使う人の問題もあるかと思われますが、毎回使う前に洗浄をしても、フタの角には埃と髪の毛、綿埃が沢山ついており、嫌な気分になりました。ランドリールームが狭いので、床もマシンの上、

横の台もかなり埃っぽい感じがしていました。wet wipe や埃取り棒を置いて頂けていたら、もう少し自分で綺麗にする方もいるかもしれません。

フィルターちゃんと掃除していると良いけれど、そうでなければ他人の綿埃を自分の洋服に付ける感じがしてあまり良い気分ではありませんでした。

それ以外は、場所は良かったですし、お部屋や廊下には清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。

チェックインの際に、お部屋の簡単な説明をしていただけると、もっと良かったです。

ケトルが見つかりにくい場所なあったりしましたが、水を汲みに行く手間がある旨等を、もしひと言先に言ってもらえれば、もう少しリラックスできたかも知れません。

Cons:

Complimentary coffee was available at the lobby and you have to bring your cups from the room, but no coffee pot in the room.
