Pros:

Incredible location right next to the subway station. Also the imperial gardens within a 5min walk plus multiple convenience stores and a nice coffee shop/bakery just next door. Room was very spacious for Japanese hotels. Shower was great. Bed on the firmer side but comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only small issue was the pillows weren’t particularly comfortable.

Pros:

Big room, plenty of lights, many sockets to connect different devices. The bathroom was amazing smart as the toilet too. Good idea to have magnetic choises of cleaning, four type on the door. Big TV great to relax.
In the lobby free nesspreso machines and bar.
Great breakfast! many choices
very cose to the metro station just near the hotel exit door
Three elevators, no need to wait to much.

Cons:

no open window to refresh the air indoor. only CNN on the tv for people outside Asia.
a little bit expensive the breakfast
bad English speaker at the reception desk and breakfast.
