Hôtel familial agréable près du bord de mer
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Balcon avec vue sur mer. Petit déjeuner convivial. Proximité de la très belle balade de bord de mer.

Great value. Loved the room and the sweet staff.

Superb value.
Nice, clean, spacious room with a large balcony and a great view over the bay, mountains & town of Kalamata.
The bathroom is just great.
My room (207) was like a studio apartment. Minifridge, a little oven with a 3-electric cooktop. I didn't use any of it, but it's a neat option. Extractor hood, seriously. Even pans in the cupboard.
A table with 3 chairs and a vanity desk for the ladies.
The window and balcony door had a flyscreen and also sun blinds.
The AC was old, but it works just fine. At one point, i woke up because i set it too cold.

The staff is very sweet and helpful. They'll serve you a perfect breakfast in the morning.

It's on the edge of Kalamata (Fare), so ideally you'll need your own transportation.
Tho, the beach and a couple of restaurants, 2 supermarkets are just a 10-minute walk away.

It has a large pool. I was there in May, there was no water in the pool. Didn't bother me. I'm sure it's all set up during high season when there are more guests. Pools are expensive, i understand.

Great value ! Sweet staff, great room and Kalamata is a nice town.
Loved my stay. I spent 2 weeks in Hellas in 5 hotels, ranging from €55 to €115.
Fotini was my favorite. Efcharisto !

Cons:

Nothing. I liked everything.
If they would refurbish it with modern stuff, it would become exponentially more expensive.
And stuff is just stuff.

If you like fancy, there's a hotel for you just down the street. You'll pay a Miami price of at least €300/night there.

Słabe warunki sanitarne w pokoju 201
Pros:

Byłem jedne dzień w maju więc nie wszystko było czynne np. basen. Hotel dość blisko plaży pomimo ulokowania przy rondzie i głównej drodze pokój był duży cichy, bezproblemowa zmiana daty pobytu przez pomyłkę zamówiłem dzień później, śniadanie ok, tosty, grzanki, sok, kawa mało drzemy i miody w małych pojemniczkach. Bezpłatny parking.

Cons:

Pragnę zaznaczyć że opinie pisze o pokoju 201 bo patrząc po opiniach na booking klienci raczej zadowoleni. W moim pokoju prysznic był naprawdę mały, ale nie to jest problemem, grzyb w kabinie prysznicowej i generalne stan prysznica. Drugi problem to szafka w kuchni, w której ewidentnie było czuć mocny zapach stęchlizny prawdopodobnie kolejne siedlisko grzyba za szafka. Ta szafka jest do wymontowania a ściana za nią do zdezynfekowania. Po wejściu do pokoju mocno było czuć chlor pewnie po środkach do czystości co uznał bym za troskę o czystość, ale teraz mam wątpliwości bo zapach z szafki rano opanował całe pomieszczenie, to mocno niezdrowe. Gdyby ktoś chciał skorzystać z udogodnienia "basen" to w połowie maja nie ma wody. Klimatyzacja nie była czyszona chyba od nowości wiec moim zarzutem nie jest ogólna czystość a higiena.

Goed vertoeven voor een paar dagen.
Pros:

Locatie is helemaal prima, goed te bereiken. De studio was ruim en een heel fijn balkon. Ontbijt werd ook prima verzorgd door een hele lieve dame.

Cons:

Wat minder was, maar dat was tijdelijk, alleen had ik het zelf heel top gevonden, was dat het zwembad gesloten was en ik had het hotel eigenlijk geboekt hierom. Gelukkig heb ik de tip opgevolgd en ben ik naar een strand verderop gereden en dat was geweldig!

Gute Unterkunft für 1 Nacht
Pros:

Die Lage war prima.Personal sehr freundlich,
Frühstück ausreichend, bekamen sogar noch ein Vesper mit auf die Weiterreise.Zimmer sehr sauber.Parkplatzmöglichkeit am Hotel.

Cons:

Der Aussenpool, mit dem geworben wurde
war Anfang Mai noch ohne Wasser.

Wonderful days in Kalamata
Pros:

Good location. Very close to bus station, the beach, supermarket
Has private parking.
Chance to wake up to a wonderful sea view and concert of birds
Very kind staff, they were so kind to us, always smiling, helping.
We stayed for 5 weeks and always felt like home

Cons:

Yes, the shower is very very small, as an overweight couple we had some difficulty in the beginning but decided to keep the door open, they privided us extra towels. No big deal.
Yes, the furniture is not new but we are not buying the hotel after all :)
