Convenient location in Athens
Pros:

Convenient location, very clean & comfortable, nice balcony, the host Christos was helpful & responded to messages quickly.

Cons:

The hot water heater stopped working one night, it was too late to call Christos, but in the morning he helped us get the hot water working again. Also lots of stairs, but I was aware of that when I made the booking.

It was a very pleasant stay overall. The location is top notch.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. Centrally located property with everything easily accessible. Well equipped room with all necessary amenities. The staff- Elias was very helpful and supportive and informed us about all the attractions and shared WhatsApp msg with Google map link to all these places.

Cons:

The property doesn’t have an elevator, which was a bit inconvenient. I was also slightly confused about the breakfast arrangement…when informed that breakfast would be provided, I expected a typical hotel buffet. Instead, the refrigerator was stocked with bread, ham, cheese, milk and juice, and we were expected to prepare breakfast. It wasn’t the conventional breakfast experience I had anticipated.

Pros:

Parempaa paikkaa ei olisi voitu valita.
Täydellinen sijainti ,ihana huone(isto) ja kaikesta huolehtiva isäntä Christos.

Cons:

Meille ei ongelma,mutta huoneistossa vähän kaappitilaa ja pistokkeita olisi voinut olla muutama lisää jos nyt jotain pitää keksiä.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely rate it a 10/10. The location is excellent — incredibly close to all the main attractions in Athens, which made exploring the city very easy and enjoyable.

Christos, the host, was exceptionally helpful and truly dedicated to making our stay as comfortable as possible. He was always responsive and went out of his way to assist us with anything we needed.

We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Clean, quiet at night, in an older quaint building with character.
Pros:

Clean and we loved the balcony. Christo came and helped us up the stairs with our bags and showed us how to use the coffee machine and the egg steamer for breakfast which was provided in a small refrigerator. Very nice location and easy to get cabs as we needed to go across town several times. There’s a nice close rooftop bar/restaurant close by above the Plaka hotel right around the corner which had a great view and the staff there was very friendly.

Cons:

The balcony was lovely to have but don’t expect a view other than the old building next door.

Loved our stay here and would book again
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Monastiraki and easily accessible from Metro. Room was spacious and characterful. The property manager Christos was really helpful and a great guy.

Small acropolis view from corner
Pros:

Great location and host is very pleasant.

Cons:

HAS A VERY SMALL VIEW of Acropolis. Host stated Booking.com provided the pictures and they have photoshopped for the "partial view". Having said that,it is an excellent location to view all of the sights and the host is gracious.

Alapban pozitív élmény volt, a negatív oldalát elnyomva.
Pros:

Nagyszerű volt az elhelyezkedése, központi helyen minden kiválóan elérhető gyalogosan. Kedves háziak, bőséges a vártnál széleskörűbb reggeli bekészítve, minden nap feltöltve.

Cons:

Kilátás semmi. Még csak utcára sem nézett a terasz, hanem egy ház falra. Semmi időt nem töltöttünk kint. A kanapé ágy elkeserítően kényelmetlen volt.
