Excelente estancia en Pasto
Pros:

El diseño, decoración, el personal es muy amable, habitaciones muy cómodas y funcionales.

Todo estuvo bien excepto el cobro de impuestos a los extranjeros, pese a presentar pasaportes o cedu

Si viajas de Ecuador te obligan a que lleves firmado el
Pasaporte (cuando en la frontera no te sellan si solo llegas hasta pasto) si no lo llevas sellado o tarjeta andina, te cobran los impuestos casi el 20% del total de la factura.
Es un poco ilógico ! Ya que si soy extranjera y existe el convenio Esmeraldas con la presentación de la cédula o pasaporte basta para que no le cobren el
Impuesto.

No tan maravilloso como lo pintan
Cons:

Especialmente la niña de recepción el día q llegamos que lo hicimos temprano por el vuelo, fue bastante displicente poco amable desilusiono que fue la primera cara de pasto y fue tan fastidiosa.
Dos en el baño de la habitación no dejaron papel higiénico nos tocó llamar a recepción para q lo pusieran que vergonsozo.
Almorzamos en el hotel y pedimos entre otros una croquetas q decía q venían con alcaparras al comer no sentí su sabor y llame al mesero y me dijo q estaba por dentro de la croqueta le dije q no entonces fue a consultar con el chef y la razón q mando ere q estaba en la salsa cosa que tampoco era cierta. O no saben o ponen ingredientes en al carta q no colocan al producto engañando al comensal. Mala cosa
