FABULOSA
Pros:

Las instalaciones, el personal y la tecnología con la cuenta el hotel es digna de un recinto de cinco estrellas. Las habitaciones son espectaculares, con vista a la ciudad, cómodas y con calefacción para disipar el frío clima de la ciudad. El restaurante es maravilloso, sus espacios y zonas comunes son increíbles.

Cons:

No es posible regular la calefacción en la habitación y en momentos el ambiente se tornó muy cálido, sugeriría que cada huesped la regule a su gusto.

Excelente ubicación, habitación bien dotada, caliente, perfecta para el clima de Pasto.

Cons:

El hecho de un llegar tener que pagar la totalidad de la estadía y si se va a consumir no permiten firmar vales para luego cancelar. Aunque lo resolví no me gustó eso.
