La ubicación fue buena, ya que estaba cerca de todos los lugares a los que necesitaba asistir.
En comparación con otros hoteles similares en los que me he hospedado, como por ejemplo Mayagüez Plaza, considero que el desayuno podría tener un poco más de variedad.
También entiendo que podría mejorar el trato de la mayoría de las personas que atienden el front desk. A excepción de un joven que trabajaba durante la noche y que fue muy amable, percibí el trato del resto del personal como bastante frío; en ocasiones, ni siquiera respondían a los saludos.
Incluso, en una ocasión le hice una pregunta a un joven que entiendo tiene diversidad funcional y trabaja allí, y su respuesta fue sumamente ruda. Tengo experiencia trabajando y relacionándome con personas con diferentes personalidades y necesidades, pero considero que es muy importante que quienes trabajan en el front desk sean personas cálidas, amables y orientadas al servicio al cliente.
Este aspecto es importante para mí y definitivamente sería uno de los factores que tomaría en consideración al decidir si volvería

BREAKFAST TOO SIMPLE
Room 6 was good for me because I only needed the Room 6 to sleep at night. The hot showers we're great and Mimi fridge was perfect for cold drinks and to store my vitamins.
The neighborhood down the street could use a little TLC. There is an abandoned building that is an eye sore while tourists walk around. The food trucks at the corner was the best. I felt safe until another guest told me the night before someone was shot and killed at 2:00 am. That was sad and annoying.

The hotel and rooms were clean and very comfortable. Also, the price was very affordable. Staff was friendly. I would stay again if given the opportunity.

Staff was helpful and nice
Room was tiny, glass door let so much light in room was basically fully lit with all rhe lights off. And the walls were paper thin heard all the noises from everyone around me. Was woken up at 1am by the people in other rooms having a normal volume conversation. Oh and bathroom wasnt great, drain barely worked. Water everywhere. And hot water took forver to get going.

Hotel was fine. Room was clean. We parked our car in the hotels lot (locked at night) and took Ubers to Old San Juan (about $12-15). Be aware there are lots of homeless people in the area.
The room was perfect size if you are traveling by yourself. They do not have elevators it is only stairs. They do have the train station right next door for convenient transportation option.
