Stadtpalais in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Der ehemalige Stadtpalast ist unglaublich geschmackvoll, edel und fast minimalistisch renoviert worden. Die Fassade des Hotels ist traumhaft, der Stiegenaufgang absolut top.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war hübsch, das Bad sauber, die Kaffeemaschine im Schrank sehr unpraktisch und leider Rich es zeitweise etwas nach Abfluss.

Poolen är inte bra. Den är för grund och för kall. På botten är kakelplattor trasiga I Bastun finns ingen hink med skopa att hälla på vatten på stenarna. I spa finns inte spahanddukar och ingen duschcreme. Det finns ingen utsmyckning och inga spastolar Det är också en lång stentrappa ned och ingen hiss

I didn't like that you have to pay extra for the use of the pool/spa area after spending over €280 on treatments alone and was charged an additional €10 because it ran over her time, which the treatment didn't have to be taken on???so this kind of baffles me??? We got no consultation forms before treatments with oils etc..which led to a skin reaction leading to no sleep in the beautiful room we had booked for our anniversary.The reflexology session was very rough,no warming up of feet. Lack of care to the client, treatment room was cold,not very welcoming,no relaxing spa music. no hot towels, She needs to explain the Abdominal massage to the client, as there could be recent surgery, or most woman have coils fitted.i felt myself the treatments were rushed and just done out of greed, because they couldn't do them the next morning. Due to Bank Holiday..
We expected a luxurious experience, but didn't live up to our expectations.

Excellent location to visit tapas bars and cafes and wander around Cadiz
Pros:

Location as excellent , super clean and breakfast and staff serving breakfast were perfect

Cons:

Room not as hoped for - asked to move but no alternatives- , staff at reception seemed cool - spa not working properly but to be fair they gave us a 50% discount

Lovely hotel in a superb location
Pros:

Super location in the heart of the lovely old town. Friendly staff. Beautiful old building, stylish decor. We got upgraded to room 402 and had the most amazing 360 view from the roof terrace.
