Refrigerator needed defrosting before use which took 12 hours. Had to launder towels and sheets myself because cleaning staff came once in a week. TV streaming was offline for several hours at a time SEVERAL times

Pros:

The stay was decent. The room was not clean, my wife once we checked in had to buy cleaning products to clean bathroom and under both beds was trash, house keeping came but did not mop vacuum floors nor clean bathroom etc.property has so many rules that make you feel like once you pay and make one mistake you might be asked to leave, that was always hanging over our heads so we choose to ck out could have extended but didn't feel wanted.
