Excelente Staff / Ubicacion / Confortable
Pros:

El personal del hotel cumplio con todas la expectativas y solicitudes. En especial un reconocimiento a Lidia de recepcion que se esmero con su apoyo a cada solicitud que realice. La ubicacion del hotel es perfecta para andar caminando en toda la antigua. La habitaciones son muy comodas y confortables. Tomar en cuenta que el parqueo esta algo retirado del hotel pero es muy seguro y amplio. Definitivamente es mi primera opcion cuando me quedo en Antigua Guatemala.

Excellent value for money, great stay!
Pros:

This is an amazing hotel that is walking distance to Central Park. It’s beautifuly decorated, clean, spacious, safe and has very friendly staff. It’s quiet and has great views of the volcanos in the upper floor. Breakfast is very good. It’s truly a great value for the money. I’ll recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

You can hear everything if trying to sleep early to catch a flight. After a certain time it quiets down.

Beautiful hotel, amazing service, fantastic location
Pros:

Beautiful, comfortable, good air conditioning, amazing service. The view from upstairs is incredible. The yummiest included breakfast service I’ve ever had.

Cons:

The hot water does run out at busy times of day. You have to have the hot water all the way up with no cold water to have hot water.

Pros:

El Hotel cuenta tiene todas las amenidades para pasar un excelente estadia, al ser pequeno cada detalle es muy bien cuidado. EL STAFF es increiblemente amable y procura cumpliar con todas la expectactivas

Cons:

El parqueo no es parte del hotel y por lo regular tiene una tarifa aceptable por noche. Sin embargo durante el periodo de semana el costo se elevo en un 150%. Sugieron hacer contratos a largo plazo para mantener las tarifas del mismo.
