If you want to relax, this is the place.
Pros:

Definitely worth the money! Royal Level - Adults only is the best part of the whole Barcelo Resort. So relaxing, clean, service, food.

Pésimo lugar para pasar unas vacaciones
Pros:

Era muy difícil llegar a la villa.
No funcionó la televisión aunque vinieron los de mantenimiento pero no la dejaron bien.
Solo tuve agua fría en la ducha.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr schön, direkt vor dem Strand gelegen. Die Restaurants waren sehr gut und wir haben gut gegessen. Für ein Buffet war die Qualität des Essens wirklich gut. Das Restaurant Terra Sana war nie wirklich voll, daher war es zu jeder Tageszeit sehr angenehm, dort zu essen.
Der Pool war schön und immer sauber. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und nett.
Die Nutzung des Fitnessstudios war inkludiert und dieses war recht gut ausgestattet und die Dame an der Rezeption des Gyms war sehr freundlich.
Es gibt Möglichkeiten zum Padel - und Tennisspielen, Minigolfen, usw.
Die Bungalows, in denen man im Royal Level untergebracht ist, sind sehr geräumig. Jeden Tag gab es ein kleines Stückchen Schokolade im Zimmer.

Cons:

Hotel: Die ganze Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man merkt an einigen Stellen, dass Renovierungen nötig wären. Jeden Morgen um 08.00 Uhr waren alle Sonnenliegen am Pool reserviert - auch wenn mit Schildern darauf hingewiesen wird, dass das nicht erlaubt ist.
Spa: Das braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Überall fallen die kleinen Mosaikfließen von den Wänden und man kann sich da wirklich doll schneiden, wenn man nicht aufpasst. Wäre es nicht inkludiert gewesen wäre, würde ich nach der Erfahrung kein Geld dafür ausgeben wollen.
Gym: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage oder sie wurde nicht genutzt. Stattdessen waren die Fenster offen, was bei einer Aussentemperatur von 27 Grad und starker Luftfeuchtigkeit das Training erheblich erschwert.
Die Getränke, die über den gesamten Aufenthalt konsumiert werden, werden immer auf das Zimmer geschrieben. Da die kleinen Zettel, die man immer unterschreibt, nie den Preis ausweisen, kann man etwas die Kontrolle verlieren.

Die Reservierung für die Restaurants und das Gym/Spa erfolgte über eine App. Diese ist fürchterlich- entweder sie stürzte ab oder funktionierte nicht. War ein echter Pain.

La ubicación y el trato del personal

Cons:

Instalaciones obsoletas y poco cuidadas, estuvimos en zona Royal Leves y la experiencia no tenía nada de Royal ni de level. No merece la pena gastar dinero en zona level para que no haya diferencia con las otras opciones del hotel. Tuvimos un altercado con un cliente que nos amenazó gravemente sin venir a cuento y el hotel no hizo nada... Nefasta estancia y pésima actuación del hotel ante semejante gravedad.

Hotel trop vaste on perds un temps fou! Accueil raté,clé qui n'ouvre pas la chambre,et la demoiselle de la reception level m'as fais attendre 2 fois pour avoir ma chambre.

Frühstück war alles da was dein Herz begehrt. Der Kaffee wird serviert und frischen Orangensaft gibts auch noch dazu.

La struttura, la posizione, il cibo insomma tutto

Le cose da migliorare, secondo me sono le seguenti:
Manutenzione delle camere, nella mia camera c’era il doccino che si stava staccando, gli appendi accappatoi ce n’era uno solo l’altro era rotto è quello che c’era dondolava.
Poi mancava lo scopino del Water e soprattutto mancava il bidet
Sorvolando sul bidet non posso sorvolare sullo scopino del Water.
La pulizia della camera ogni tanto non era fatta regola d’arte e alcune volte qualcosa veniva dimenticato.

Pros:

Es un hotel muy completo, si estás en la parte royal puedes acceder a todos los sitios bares, spa, zona de adultos.. me encantó! Las chicas que se encargan del bar de la piscina de Royal (Gary creo y la socorriera Mary) son muy buena gente y te tratan de forma especial. Sin duda repitiremos

Que nos hubieran dejado el check out más tarde porque el hotel no estaba lleno pero bueno supongo que dependerá de las variables
