Great access to all transportation
Pros:

The location was fantastic! So close to the two train stations and the ferry pier. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and I was able to get assistance almost immediately when we couldn't get wifi access.

Cons:

That we couldn't stay longer 😉

Das einzige was gut war, war die Lage

Cons:

Beim Betreten des Zimmers wurde eine deutlich erhöhte Feuchtigkeit festgestellt. Zudem war ein muffiger Geruch wahrnehmbar, der auf Schimmel hindeutet. In der Ecke im Bereich des Bettes war sichtbarer Schimmel vorhanden, ebenso im WC-Bereich.
Eine Stornierung wurde in Erwägung gezogen, hätte jedoch zur Folge gehabt, dass weiterhin mehr als die Hälfte der Kosten zu tragen gewesen wäre. Seitens der Unterkunft wurde ein alternatives Hotel angeboten, dieses befand sich jedoch nicht in der gewünschten Lage.
Die bislang angefallenen Kosten mussten vollständig übernommen werden. Dies wird als unangemessen empfunden.
Darüber hinaus ist kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort verfügbar; eine Kommunikation ist ausschließlich telefonisch oder per E-Mail möglich. Eine Rückmeldung seitens der Unterkunft ist bislang ebenfalls nicht erfolgt.
Aufgrund der genannten Umstände kann die Unterkunft nicht empfohlen werden.

料金価格に見合ってる！

1.宮島口駅のフェリー乗り場からすごく近くて迷わずに行けた
2.部屋にコンセントが多くて便利だった
3.部屋は可愛い感じだった。

1.部屋に入った時にペット臭？臭いが気になった
2.洗面所に着替えやタオルを置けるカゴか台みたいなのが欲しい

Az elhelyezkedes nagyon jó volt.

Cons:

A becsekkolas katasztrofális, nincs személyzet és nem működik az automatikus bejelelentkezés. Ha nem végzik el a hitel munkáját a kedves lakotarsak (segítettek megcsinalni a bejelentkezest a szomszéd szoba japán vendégei, innen is köszönjük nekik 😀) akkor menne a mínusz értékelés. Az ugato kutyákra érdemes felkeszulni (kutyabarat szállás... ).
Minden más rendben volt.
