If you take the Dogu Express to Kars, make this the hotel you stay at. The breakfast was WONDERFUL!!
Pros:

The man at the front desk was VERY nice. The train from Ankara arrived VERY late and he was there waiting with a smile. I only stayed one night, but slept really well, had a fantastic hot shower and the breakfast was PHENOMENAL. Overall, I would book again if I ever return to Kars. Thank You.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Everything met or exceeded my expectation!

立地が良くリーズナブルなホテル
Pros:

立地が良く、Ani遺跡に行くためのバス停も近く、レストランやお店も徒歩圏内です。ホテルの設備は古いですが、滞在中に不便はありませんでした。またスタッフの対応も良かったです。チェックイン時間より早く着いてしまい、部屋の清掃が終わっていなかったのですが、すぐに対応していただき助かりました。

Merkezde, çalışanları harika bir otel
Pros:

Konum çok iyi.. Resepsiyonda çalışanlar her konuda yardımcı.Ani için otobüs durağına kadar götürdü.Her zaman eksik birşey var mı diye sordular.Kahvalti güzel.Tekrar geldiğimde yine burada kalacağım.

Pros:

I decided to leave right after I checked out the room. The photos on the website are misleading. The furniture was dated, the room looked not tidy, the sheets were stained in places, creased and felt used and not crisp like clean sheets. The towels, toilet and sink were clean but the shower tiles had stains and the floor could do with a scrub. The kettle lid was broken and there were no cups or tea and very little water.

5 minutes walk to the minibus station to Igdir/Dogubayazit
Close to various sights and restaurants
Staff is helpful in providing information

Cons:

Room is basic but is enough for our stay
Staff agreed to lead us to the minibus station from the hotel next day but did not appear finally. After waiting for 10 minutes, we have no choice but to find our way

La situación es excelente, pero ni tiene aparcamiento y estaba la habitación muy sucia. Por el contrario el personal excelente.
