スタッフが親切、アニ行きバス停まで連れて行ってくれた
早く出る時、朝食、7時から前の準備中でも、食べさせてくれた。地元チーズと蜂蜜とスープが美味

Pros:

Posizione centrale, si affaccia su una zona commerciale e davanti ai minareti della grande moschea di Kars(con le finestre chiuse non si sono sentiti gli adhan mattutini), a due passi dalle strade principali dove sono presenti tanti locali e ristoranti.

Personale super presente, disponibile e paziente(ad esempio ero sceso in ritardo per la raccolta degli ospiti per il viaggio ad Ani, la concierge ha tentato di trovare molte soluzioni alternative fino al ritorno del manager, il quale poi mi ha accompagnato di persona alla navetta)

Cons:

Odore di fumo per stanza e albergo. Consiglio di munirsi di frasario e/o traduttore che il personale parla solo Turco.

Une bonne adresse !
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, pratique pour accéder à la gare routière ou le château ou le centre ville ou l'arrêt de bus pour aller à Ani.
Le personnel est efficace pour aider les voyageurs et les renseigner.
Hall d'hôtel bien décoré et agréable.
Bonne boulangerie à une minute à pied de l'hôtel !

Мы проехали на машине 5000 км и были очень уставшими, чтобы ругаться с администрацией и менять номер. Но то, с чем мы столкнулись, вызывает разочарование и ощущение неуважения администрации отеля к своим гостям. Вековая пыль ВЕЗДЕ, грязные окна, грязные пятна на постельном белье, чья-то жевательная резинка в тумбочке, в душевой кабине остатки грязи, её не мыли. На фото грязное полотенце с пятнами: это полотенце для ног, но оно черное не от наших ног, а от грязного пола, на который его положили. Также на полу лежали остатки фисташек, от бывших гостей. В номере не было полотенец и туалетной бумаги (принесли после того, как сходили на рецепшн и попросили дважды). В номере сильный запах никотина, прокурена вся мебель, подушки, одеяла. При заселении не уточнили - нам номер для курящих или нет. Отель с нежеланием принимает оплату по карте (только через «согласование с менеджером»). Перед отелем сложно припарковать автомобиль, все заставлено машинами. Пришлось долго крутиться, чтобы найти место.

Hotel con cierto encanto en el centro de la ciudad
Pros:

Bonito edificio antiguo con cierto encanto en el centro de la ciudad. Parking gratuito. Puedes acercarte a pie a los sitios más interesantes de la ciudad. Desayuno correcto.

If you take the Dogu Express to Kars, make this the hotel you stay at. The breakfast was WONDERFUL!!
Pros:

The man at the front desk was VERY nice. The train from Ankara arrived VERY late and he was there waiting with a smile. I only stayed one night, but slept really well, had a fantastic hot shower and the breakfast was PHENOMENAL. Overall, I would book again if I ever return to Kars. Thank You.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Everything met or exceeded my expectation!

Pros:

立地が良く、Ani遺跡に行くためのバス停も近く、レストランやお店も徒歩圏内です。ホテルの設備は古いですが、滞在中に不便はありませんでした。またスタッフの対応も良かったです。チェックイン時間より早く着いてしまい、部屋の清掃が終わっていなかったのですが、すぐに対応していただき助かりました。

Merkezde, çalışanları harika bir otel
Pros:

Konum çok iyi.. Resepsiyonda çalışanlar her konuda yardımcı.Ani için otobüs durağına kadar götürdü.Her zaman eksik birşey var mı diye sordular.Kahvalti güzel.Tekrar geldiğimde yine burada kalacağım.

Pros:

I decided to leave right after I checked out the room. The photos on the website are misleading. The furniture was dated, the room looked not tidy, the sheets were stained in places, creased and felt used and not crisp like clean sheets. The towels, toilet and sink were clean but the shower tiles had stains and the floor could do with a scrub. The kettle lid was broken and there were no cups or tea and very little water.
