Beutiful place but the loud party ruined everything.
Pros:

Nice place

Cons:

They had a party with really loud music i think it schud inform before checking and after booking since you go to a nature resort to relax not to party. So My personal experience was not good.

Un point de chute recommandé pour visiter Buon Ma Thuot et sa région
Pros:

Bel établissement à taille humaine avec une superbe piscine. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie très bonne. Le personnel est attentif et à l’écoute. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le bord de la piscine mériterait d’être plus confortable (peu de chaises longues) et d’être nettoyé lorsque des groupes viennent et laissent leur déchet.
La deuxième chose, c’est que l’hôtel accueille le weekend des événements type mariage donc très bruyant même si cela s’est terminé à 20h.

I’d book again!
Pros:

Great staff, they made us feel so welcome and tried their best to help out before the check-in time ticked in. The resort has lovely layout and architecture. The GREEN will soothe your stressful mind when you get here. Small but beautiful swimming pool.

Cons:

Sometimes the swimming pool is too crowded. The location is not at the center of downtown Buon Ma Thuot; but not far (roughly 5-6km)

מקום יפייפה, פנינה חבויה וירוקה. חדר 101 משפחתי ענק חדש ויפייפה עם מרפסת לגן ולבריכה. בריכה מהממת עם בר מקסים. שירות נהדר. מיטות גדולות ונוחות. ארוחת בוקר פשוטה וטעימה לבחירה מתפריט.

Cần cải thiện nhiều. Nhưng đồ ăn thì ngon, thấm, hợp khẩu vị mình
Pros:

Bữa sáng ăn set menu nhưng đồ ăn khác ổn.

Cons:

Cầu thang tầng 2, bên cạnh phòng mình phân thằn lằn khô nhiều mà 2 ngày ko thấy ai dọn. Nhân viên lễ tân ko thân thiện, giao tiếp không nở nụ cười. Bạn cao ốm trực ca chiều ngày mình check out nói chuyện một cách khó chịu, trống không, mình tỏ thái độ khó chịu có lẽ bạn đã nhận ra và có thay đổi 1 chút ngay lúc đó. Mong bạn cải thiện, chứ làm dịch vụ mà như vậy không ổn.

Sehr schöner Garten, aber für die Lage zu teuer.
Pros:

Personal sehr nett, Betten bequem und der Garten mit Pool ist super schön.

Cons:

Es ist weit außerhalb des Zentrums, es roch sehr feucht im Zimmer und zu der Zeit als wir da waren (3 Nächte), fand im Garten eine sehr laute Veranstaltung mit abends Karaoke statt. Das war nicht wirklich angenehm, aber außer einem Zettel, auf dem sich das Hotel entschuldigt, haben wir nichts bekommen. Das fand ich sehr schwach. Die vegetarischen Optionen auf der Restaurantkarte waren sehr überschaubar.
