Pros:

The hotel is very cozy and in a great location. It has a lovely pool, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. A special thanks to Nene—she is amazing, professional, and incredibly hospitable. She was very supportive throughout our stay and made our experience truly memorable. We will definitely come back, especially because of Nene's outstanding service. Highly recommended!

במלון יש ריח שעולה מהשירותים והאמבטיה של ביוב,
חדר האוכל ישן ולא כפי שניתן לראות בתמונות, לא ניתן לשתות ולאכול בלובי ( אפילו לא נשנושים).

Отличный семейный отель, который оставил только приятные впечатления. Мы путешествовали на машине, поэтому сразу оценили удобную парковку.

Особенно хочется отметить сотрудников ресепшена — очень вежливые, доброжелательные и профессиональные. Они свободно общались не только на английском, но и на русском языке, что сделало наше общение максимально комфортным.

Отдельную благодарность хочется выразить Нино. Она встретила нас с искренней улыбкой, была очень внимательна и всегда готова помочь. Именно благодаря таким сотрудникам гости чувствуют себя по-настоящему желанными. Спасибо ей за теплое отношение, профессионализм и заботу о нашем комфорте!

Мы путешествовали с 17-летним сыном и бронировали семейный номер. При заселении нам предложили заменить его на два стандартных номера рядом друг с другу, чему особенно обрадовался сын. Кроме того, приятным бонусом стало бесплатное посещение бассейна, хотя эта услуга обычно оплачивается отдельно.

Завтраки хорошие. Конечно, это не уровень сетевых отелей вроде Radisson или Marriott, но для того, чтобы вкусно позавтракать и отправиться гулять по городу, выбор вполне достаточный.

Расположение для нас оказалось очень удобным: отель находится на прямой дороге в аэропорт. Мы часто летаем через Тбилиси, поэтому теперь знаем, что это отличное место, чтобы переночевать перед вылетом и не переживать из-за возможных пробок.

До метро пешком около 20–25 минут, затем всего несколько остановок — и вы уже в центре Старого Тбилиси.

Номера чистые, тихие, с балконом и всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Именно такие впечатления и хочется получить от хорошего семейного отеля.

Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель и с удовольствием остановимся здесь снова!

Cons:

Единственное пожелание — кофемашина. Возможно, мы просто не нашли её, но нам был доступен только растворимый кофе.

Belle découverte de la Géorgie!
L'hôtel était confortable, nous recherchions un hôtel avec piscine.
Le personnel professionnel et agréable.
Hôtel propre, petit déjeuner copieux.
Nous avons passé une semaine en famille, nous avons pris des bolt pour aller au centre ville pour les visites.
