Pros:

Excellent service. The staff were very friendly and supportive, especially Thanks to Ms Nino for her exceptional hospitality.
Enjoying breakfast alongside a breathtaking mountain view was a highlight of our trip. The hotel is also perfectly situated near multiple local attractions.

Cons:

While the breakfast was good with multiple options available, it would be even better if they included some Asian cuisines.

Gerne wieder 🥰
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, dir uns sogar ein Upgrade vom Zimmer gegeben haben und wir dadurch den Stadtblick genießen konnten.

Das Frühstück war in Buffet Form und war sehr lecker am Tag der Abreise haben wir eine Lunchbox bekommen, da wir sehr früh los mussten.

Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt und war sehr nett, bei so lieben Personal kommt man gerne wieder 😇

​Останавливались в Hotel Residence Plaza, и это были прекрасные дни. Отель очень чистый, уютный, с современным интерьером и отличной атмосферой, куда приятно возвращаться после долгих прогулок. Но главное украшение этого места — его команда.

​Хочу выразить огромную благодарность администратору Нино. Потрясающая девушка — невероятно вежливая, чуткая и понимающая. Любой вопрос решала с улыбкой и искренним желанием помочь, что сразу создает ощущение домашнего уюта. Также отдельное спасибо администратору по имени Шапка — настоящий профессионал, внимательный к деталям и очень гостеприимный.

​В целом сервис и обслуживание — на высшем уровне. Грузинское гостеприимство в лучшем своем проявлении! Обязательно вернемся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать всем друзьям. Успехов вам и процветания!

Все хорошо, немного подвело месторасположение, хотя до ближайшего ТЦ Галерея всего 2,8км. С детской коляской не очень удобно, как в принципе и во всех местах в городе, в которых мы были.

Отличный отель, полностью оправдал ожидания. В номерах идеальная чистота, постельное белье свежее, а матрас очень удобный. Персонал невероятно вежливый и отзывчивый, заселили быстро. Завтраки вкусные, вид с террасы великолепный. Расположение с видом на горы, рядом много развязок транспорта, можно на метро, автобусе и такси.

Что можно улучшить:
Кондиционер иногда отключался, но в итоге исправили и заменили душ, спасибо большое персоналу, отдохнули очень хорошо.

2 aile suiti kiraladık ve toplamda 8 kişi konakladik.Resepsiyonda görevli Nina ve Natali'ye özellikle teşekkür ederiz. İhtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey anında karşılandı. Otel gayet temiz, çalışanlar da çok ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısı da yeterliydi. Teşekkürler
