Great place to stay, just a short cab ride into the old town.
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel, very friendly and helpful staff.
We had an early morning check out; we were provided with a packed lunch by the staff- really good and very welcome.
Access to the pool was not included in our tariff (Booking.com had not made this clear!) but we were given complimentary access by the very helpful manager.
Thanks for a great stay.

Cons:

Too far to walk into the old town, but very easy to get a cheap taxi from and to the hotel.

God service fra Nino, men hotellet skal man ikke have de højeste forventninger til
Pros:

Nino. Hun gjorde hele oplevelsen værd! Meget høj service, enormt sød og snaksagelig. Hun løfter klart hotellets værdi!
Trods poolen ikke er inkl. i prisen, fik vi det med gratis. Poolen var dog fantastisk, trods de mange unge mennesker og høj musik hele dagen.

Cons:

Pool er ikke inkl. i prisen. Dette er ikke oplyst nogen steder. Morgenmaden var ikke særlig god. Kort sagt var kaffen ved morgen buffeten instant Kaffe, hvilket siger det hele.
Vi måtte få brudt vores hoteldør op, da trækket fra vinden gjorde, at døren låste indefra.
På anden dagen, returnerede vi til et værelse der ikke var gjort rent.
Vi bestilte et værelse med byudsigt, men fik ikke dette. Dog blev vi kompenseret i pris for den ekstra nat vi blev.
Badet flækkede, så der løb vand ud på gulvet, når man havde været i bad.

Very good 1st experience in Georgia at residence plaza hotel.
Pros:

The wonderful reception especially Mrs.Nino, perfect English, warm welcome, and also wonderful help. Also the young gentleman David very helpful. The facility also amazing.

Cons:

It’s not that I didn’t like, but it’s preferable to have a car rented. Easy parking here

Pros:

I came from Ireland with my guests, and we had a wonderful stay. The reception staff and cleaners were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They kindly arranged our rooms so we could stay next to each other, which was very convenient for us. The breakfast was excellent, and overall I was very satisfied with our experience. Thank you for the great service!
