An Oasis of Hospitality in the Heart of San Cristóbal
Pros:

We celebrated our anniversary at Taller de Juan in San Cristóbal de las Casas, and we couldn't have picked a better location. The hotel is stunningly designed and decorated, with lush greenery that makes you feel like you're in the middle of nature despite staying in the heart of the city. Our room was open and spacious, yet private and cozy. The breakfast was delicious. And most importantly, the staff are great. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special. Thank you in particular to Ximena and Cristina for your wonderful hospitality.

Mala planeación del baño
Pros:

Es lindo en general y el restaurante super bien ,la atención muy buena.

Cons:

Las lámparas de la habitación son tan grandes y están tan abajo que muchas veces me golpee la cabeza. No hay tv . Se escucha todo lo que pasa en recepción. El baño mala planeación de las puertas ,cero funcionales. No hay donde colgar la toalla para salir del baño y las puertas no están funcionales chocan unas con otras.

I will stay was enjoyable. The location is a short walk from the city center.
Pros:

The first thing is the staff. The staff, every single one, was friendly, courteous and attentive. Second, the facility is quiet and very clean.

Gorgeous decor, but street noise kills the vibe
Pros:

Gorgeous decor inside, restaurant staff so willing to accommodate my vegan diet.

Cons:

Rooms are literally on street level (unless you book the upstairs suite in back), so it’s impossible to drown out cars driving by. It becomes white noise after awhile.

San Cristóbal y el Taller de Juan encajan a la perfección.
Pros:

Este hotel boutique es fenomenal, la ubicación céntrica, la atención personalizada de su staff, la decoración con el arte, lo pequeño del hotel que hace que te dediquen el tiempo a tu familia es muy agradable. Una felicitación especial a Jimena por ser una excelente anfitriona .

Cons:

Un poco la falta de una TV en la habitación, pero entiendo que el concepto del hotel así es.
