An excellent Hotel, I'll definitely be back.
Pros:

My room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable, the aircon was very efficient. The shower was good, lots of towels, even facecloths, and an incredible array of toiletries, even toothpaste and a toothbrush.
The location close to the train station makes it perfect for travellers.

Cons:

Nothing really, I was incredibly happy.

Gemütliches Hotel mit einigen Makeln
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gemütliches Zimmer, hübsches Bad, lage hauptbahnhof einerseits praktisch

Cons:

Sehr enges zimmer, flecken an boden, alte kaffeeflecken an tassen, im bad stinkt der ausfluss, lage am hauptbahnhof aber leider auch nachteil weils vorm hotel überall nach urin stinkt.

Pros:

Proximity to train station, just a short walk. Friendly welcome, quiet despite the central location. Excellent toiletries provided, lovely shower

Pros:

Easy to get to even with our luggage from Eurostar. Welcoming and friendly clean, comfortable. Would definitely use it again. A few minutes walk to the Grand Palace.

Cons:

The walk way next to the railway line it stinks but if you stick to the pavement you will be ok. Not the hotels fault. Anyone walking to the Grand palace have to walk by it.

Looking forward to staying again!
Pros:

Easy to check in/out.
The bedroom so comfortable, a queen size bed & a sofa. Tea/coffee & a fridge. The bathroom had toothbrushes/ paste, razor, soap, shower gel etc available.

Fine for one night
Pros:

- 5-10 minute walk from the station
- The people at reception were very kind and helpful
- Complimentary toothbrush, shaving kit and other free toiletries in the bathroom

Cons:

- The room was very essential and didn’t have somewhere to put a small trolley
- The carpet was stained
- Everything in the room and the building was on the small-ish side and a bit neglected. It was fine for a one night stay but we felt cramped and not very comfortable
- It’s in a particularly shady side on the station area; wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a woman on your own

Pros:

It was good for staying one night, so close to Brussels South so I could hop on an early train.

Cons:

The neighbourhood at night doesn’t feel safe at all. Quite some noise at night outside.
