A lots of improvements can be done both in terms of food and services
Pros:

Very close to Brussels Midi station

Cons:

Very limited choice of foods not worthy of a 4 star, housekeeping didn’t remove the old towels too. Experience could have been better. I am not able to agree that the services of the hotel is worth 4 stars this more of a 3* in my view. You should be very careful with your heads as the rooms had inclination roofs

Pros:

Boa localização junto a transportes e próximo do centro, quarto confortável e wc espaçoso. Staff atencioso e simpático.

Cons:

A cortina backout não cobre por completo a janela do quarto. Quer à noite quer ao amanhecer entra bastante luminosidade no quarto. Apesar de ser em frente à estação de comboios e não ouvirmos os comboios, deparámo-nos com 2 dias de festas no espaço público em frente ao hotel até às 1:00 o que não facilitou o descanso

Nice staff, with great location
Pros:

We needed new towels pretty late, and they fixed it right away. Very nice staff and very accommodating. It’s also right by the train station, which is good if you have an early train.

Cons:

The only negative was that the showers wouldn’t close all the way, so it would spill out a bit.

Great location, good price
Pros:

The hotel is next to the train station, restaurants, supermarkets. It is very convenient

Cons:

The area around the hotel is not touristy, but it was safe. I arrived after 11:00pm and it was safe no issues at all.

Pros:

Clean, tidy, warm and comfortable. Very close to stain station for Euro Tunnel. Shower warm, clean and towels soft. Friendly staff, clean reception and hotel. Great for commuting.

L’hôtesse était superbe, gentille et très avenante !
La douche à l’italienne est vraiment spacieuse et agréable.

Cons:

Les TV sont des télé gratuites. Donc pas de smarttv avec Netflix, prime ou YouTube.
