Three Cranes Serviced Apartments

Everything was dirty, odd smell in the whole property. Felty dirty just being there.

I would never stay here again. The space itself is extremely dirty and unkempt. I stayed in a Duplex Studio and there were many things wrong with the apartment, despite this being the most premium option. The sofa was broken with only one leg, so it was at a slant. It also had mysterious stains all over it. The fridge was dirty, and the freezer within it desperately needed defrosting, I couldn’t even put my hand into it. The floor was sticky, the carpet up the stairs was brown with use and had hairs and crumbs all over it. The paintwork all around the apartment was terrible with scrapes and dirt. Upstairs in the en-suite bathroom, the tiles were dirty in the shower. The toilet was clean which was one good thing, except there was a half used toilet roll just sitting beside the toilet. A towel hung up but very skewed up and looked very dirty. The bed was the worst part - upon arrival there was an orange stain on the duvet and crumbs in the bed. I had to call out to get someone to change the sheets. The corners of all rooms were thick with dirt and dust. I could also hear lots of noise outside of the room. The only one good thing I could possibly think about with this apartment was that it had a good TV… except the TV remote was filthy and sticky. The collection of a security deposit was an inconvenience as through bank transfer (whilst I understand its necessity).

I unfortunately had already booked a stay for the following week which I checked was non-refundable, and I dreaded arriving. The experience was worse - the sheets were dirty again and when I asked someone to come change them, they took an hour to arrive, very quickly and with little care changed them, and then when I asked to have the pillowcases changed too, he refused, saying they were already clean! I can only presume this is because this was at 7:55pm and he must have been finishing his shift at 8pm. This service was appalling and just completely lazy. Do not stay here!!!!!

Window was broken, whole place was dirty, felt uncomfortable sleeping in the bed as it smelt odd.

Non hanno messo asciugamani a sufficienza nelle 4 camere che ho prenotato. Nonostante l’ho fatto presente, non mi sono arrivate scuse da parte del proprietario

The apartment had alot of scuffs on the walls and needs repainting. Some of the furniture is slightly damaged, stains etc. There was only 1 towel despite two of us booked.

Walking in the room stank of smoke, the main lights didn't work and after emailing to ask received no response so had to use the wall lights for the duration of our stay. Big puddle of water on the bathroom floor when we arrived which lined up with the silverfish we saw later on the floor. The fridge didn't look clean and when lifting the mattress to check if we had dropped anything upon leaving, we saw bottle caps and a thick layer of dust under the bed along with a broken bed panel. The deposit has been returned to us but after highlighting all these issues to the hotel in an email we received no response let alone offer of compensation. I would highly recommend avoiding this place as judging by other reviews it looks as though our experience was one of the better ones.
