Very art deco and the room was amazing perfect for our stay
Nothing it was ideal
Great location. Very modern and spacious. Clean room and lots of extras provided like tea, coffee etc. Kitchen had everything you would need. Felt secure and safe getting inside building. Easy to communicate and reach. Even reached out to me during the stay to ask if we needed anything. Sent ID and deposit over before we arrived and recieved the refund the next day. Perfect.
Only one thing was it was slightly noisy in the morning but nothing major when compared to other city centre areas. Mild inconvenience at the most!

The room was great. A bath mat, a tea towel and two larger bath towels instead of one would have helpled
Check in was a nightmare, didn't provide me any instructions so I was left waiting for 40 mins.

There was a smell of damp/sewage coming from the bathroom so I had to shut the door but it was very strong.
Good location nice and quiet
The shower water wouldn't go down the drain so had to take it out to inspect it, the shower drain was very dirty ( covered in hairs and black gunk)hence why the water wouldn't go down so had to clean it myself, under the couch was dirty too so had to clean that out, no clean towels offered for our stay (3 night's) and the tv was a nightmare to watch because the internet was so slow nothing would load

Hair in the shower tray, broken glass on the bathroom floor, no mat to get out the shower on to.
Tea stains on the side, dirty plates in the cupboard, no tea towel to dry up with? very very dusty and the floor was lime it had never been mopped?
This is general standard in hygiene is it not?
