The furniture in the apartment is tired and was dirty. With lots of stains.The staff at the front desk couldn’t deal with the issue.

Great location and modern apartment nicely furnished and updated.
Pros:

Love this apartment for a family stay. We had a 3 BR apt, and it's really great to be able to have this option that is managed by an apartment-hotel. The staff is nice and the location of the apartment is really fantastic. It is nice to have access to the washer and dryer as well!

décevant dans l'ensemble par rapport a nos attentes.
Pros:

l'appartement bien équipé. la piscine, spa et autres. quartier plutôt sympa. la possibilité d'accéder a l'appartement avant l'heure prévu.

Cons:

le bruit permanent de la chaufferie extérieur, impossible de garder la fenêtre ouverte. la promiscuité des balcons, vue sur l'intérieur des voisins. si on ouvre les stores, les bureaux d'en face ont la vue directe sur la chambre. le personnel gentil mais pas compétant. il aura fallu réclamer 4 fois pour avoir une couette pour le canapé lit qui n'était pas prêt lors de notre arrivée.

I’m happy I chose the place

Prime location Especially for students
Convenient size wise
has all appliances necessary
Beautiful view
Has everything one needs for a short stay
Close to everything

I have nothing to tell
My only concern was cleanliness and towels
Also the fact that there is no one to welcome when you come late, you might stay one hour wondering what to do or access the door especially at night and coming from a long flight , you re looking for a welcome drink😀

Doors are dirty , handles , balcony , chairs
No deep real cleaning
Not camouflaged and looks clean but it is not
Needs a supervisor to check after cleaning
The balcony was full of spider webs
Bathroom stinks with pee pee

Pretty excellent stay overall.
Pros:

Loved the outdoor terrace and hot tub, sauna, steam room with access to fresh towels. The view was excellent.

Cons:

Staff could have been more helpful at front desk. More small kitchen appliances (blender), any paper towels, more laundry and dishwasher tabs, a dish drying rack.
