Great location, great space, great price, not so great costumer service.
Pros:

The location is beautiful. The bunk beds were comfortable and spacious, you can sit up. Shelf with plug provided to charge devices. Walled in to minimize noise and provide privacy. Individual compartment to keep your belongings and has a bar to hang clothes. Restrooms/showers were clean and spacious. Kitchen provided baskets and labeling supplies to put your food in the fridge and in pantry. It was pleasant to meet other guest while preparing meals together. The common sitting areas are large, clean and inviting.

Cons:

The desk staff were not attentive, courteous and friendly. When I arrived I approached the desk and stood there while the receptionist looked down. Finally she looked up and ask if I needed anything. I asked for the restroom and she pointed. I looked the way she pointed but couldn't quite see it so I looked at her puzzled and asked, where? She just said, on the right. After using the restroom I came back to check in. I told her I had reservations and was checking in. I was informed that the AC in the room was not working and was told I might want to check it out first. I wasn't sure what that meant. What if I checked out and it didn't work out for me, where would I sleep? I was not offered any options nor was I given any appologies for the inconvenience. Mind you I made the reservations just a few hours before when this was already an issue and nothing was informed to me nor was I offered a discount. Anyhow, I stayed because I had been driving all day and just needed a place to stay and Colorado doesn't allow overnight parking in their rest areas so I had no choice. Thankfully I had made my reservations thru booking.com so I got a good price for it. I thought maybe this was just the night shift person being tired or something. But the next morning there was another receptionist and the same attitude. They are either on their phones or taking to someone else. Just not very attentive to costumers at all. But, the place is nice so as long as you don't expect great costumer service you will enjoy it here.

Cons:

Ac wasn’t working, 85F degrees in room. Wasn’t notified upon arrival, was moved to different room with same issue. It was a known issue and only after complaining third time was given a small fan that didn’t do much. It was known issue that they didn’t disclose upon arrival

Auberge industrialisée, lieu sympathique mais sans âme
Pros:

Le logement est spacieux, les lits comfortables, et les dortoirs bien organisés. Il y a aussi beaucoup d'animations.
Si votre but est un logement pas trop cher, propre, comfortable et bien équipé, c'est parfait.
Si vous recherchez l'ambiance de l'auberge de jeunesse, les voyageurs qui rigolent, lisent un livre etc. c'est pas idéal. C'est même une auberge adaptée aux travailleurs.

Cons:

Il s'agit d'une auberge industrielle, on y est accueilli à la chaîne et on s'y sent un peu perdu. Litéralement, comment transformer l'esprit d'auberge de jeunesse en business à grande échelle. Certes le logement est très bien, le lieu est propre, avec beaucoup d'animations, mais si vous cherchez l'ambiance simple et humaine des auberges de jeunesse, ce n'est pas le lieu. Le personnel n'est pas très aimable non plus (peut être un mauvais jour).

Nette en moderne overnachting
Pros:

Een mooi en netjes gebouw. Smalle, lange kamer. Prima kamer.
Je mag gebruik maken van de gemeenschappelijke keuken. Drankjes bij de bar zijn prima. Parkeren voor de deur. Wandelen in de buurt langs het water. Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Outletcentrum vlakbij.

I would stay again.
Pros:

Great value. Unique setting. Beautiful setting right on the blue trail next to a beautiful river

Cons:

The room was tiny. The bathroom sink was the size of an iPad.
