No hay ascensor, El personal no soluciona pronto lo que pides , hay 3 garages, sino tuviste la suerte de ganar uno: que pena!!. No hicieron la limpieza de la habitación, y nos dieron sábanas sucias cuando pedimos unas nuevas y se demoraron bastante

Trabajar los medios de comunicacion con los clientes

Mi experiencia no fue buena. Pero no significa que el lugar no cumpla ccn los requisitos y que pueda mejorar
Antes de llegar quise comunicarme por teléfono, no hubo manera de comunicarme antes de llegar, cancelé la reserva del 1er dia
aun asi llegue sin reserva encontre una habitacion disponible de 1 sola cama(lo agradezco) con 2 niños, la sabana tuvimos que sacudirla varias veces no se sentia limpia. El Sr de la recepción tenia mucha prisa en atender a las 10 de la noche un personal tecnico de la telefónica y tiró la maleta y rompió la base, de mi maleta no tiene calentador la ducha, agua muy fria para usarla con niños.

Debe trabajar en mejora, la ubicación es buena y muy estratégica,

Good Stay Overall, but a Few Areas for Improvement
Pros:

I had a good stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel's central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. The breakfast was good, although the selection was somewhat limited. Despite the fewer options, the quality of the food was satisfactory.

Cons:

On the downside, the shower area's water drainage could be improved, as water tended to accumulate. In addition, the hot and cold water temperatures were inconsistent and didn't always respond to the settings on the shower knob.
One recommendation for future guests is to request a room away from the road side. At night, noise from passing motorcycles can be quite noticeable and may disturb sleep.
