Not value for price as the cooling system doesn’t work
Cons:

The air conditioning unit was not working. And with the heatwave I got severe headaches and internal heat from staying here. After paying specifically for the cooling system, I suffered severe heat. There was also no shower gel or vanities.

Pros:

Für unsere Zwecke gut gelegen. Abgeschlossene Parkmöglichkeit, wäre sonst sehr schwierig in einer Wohngegend. Das Bett selbst war bequem, aber siehe bei "nicht gefallen". Zimmergrösse war angemessen.
Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Check-In-Mail kam nicht automatisch, musste extra telefonisch angefordert werden, trotz digitalem CheckIn vorab. Damit auch keine Zugangsschlüssel vorhanden.
Zig digitale Schlüssel statt einem zentralen Zugangsmedium, z.B. ein Code, der auch ohne Internet funktioniert. Für jede Tür im Haus braucht man das Handy, sei es Treppenhaus, Eingang oder Zimmer. Wenn man die Hände mit Gepäck voll hat, nervt das. Das können andere Häuser besser.

Das Bett war an einer Seite mit einem Sideboard begrenzt, auf der anderen stand es so nahe an der Wand, dass man nur etwa 15 cm Platz hatte. Problemloses Hinlegen oder Aufstehen somit unmöglich. Nichts für Menschen, die nicht mehr beweglich sind, für alle anderen zumindest unkomfortabel. Wasserflecken an der Zimmerdecke. Im Duschbereich schwarze Schimmelspuren in den Fugen. Insgesamt sehr kühle und einfache Ausstattung, kein Flair. z.T.Schnippisches Personal. Alles in allem: Dafür war es zu teuer.

Pros:

What I like about the property was the private kitchen and the price.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the property is the quality of the guests, never felt safe unfortunately. The cleaning could be improved. I specifically want to mention that there are always some men hanging out drinking and smoking inside the car park, which is quite uncomfortable to walk to my car or back while they are staring or calling behind my back. I stayed for 2 weeks and this is going to be one of the main reasons why I won’t be rebooking this place.

Pros:

Het hele verblijf is eigenlijk verpest door een niet functionerende airco. Het was tropisch warm in de kamer en met geen mogelijkheid om het wat koeler te maken.
Komt ook door ligging van dit appartement, maar geen excuus die airco werkte niet naar behoren

Lo esperado, bastante bien
Pros:

Me sorprendió que todo el proceso de check-in/out se gestiona vía online, sin interacción humana. En nuestro caso tuvimos un pequeño problema en el check-in ya que tomaron como dato de Last Name mi segundo nombre también, pero la persona que te atiende por teléfono fue muy amable y nos resolvió todo muy rápido.

Cons:

En los alrededores hay una depuradora y en el camino al tren hay zonas dónde huele mal. Nada achacable al hotel.
