Im großen und ganzen eine wirklich enttäuschende Unterkunft mit minderwertigem Service.

Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat bei Hochsommerlichen Temperaturen in DREI VERSCHIEDENEN Zimmern leider absolut nichts gebracht, da die Kühlleistung EXTREM niedrig war. Selbst nach einer angefragten und anscheinend durchgeführten Reparatur hat sich nichts an der Klimaanlagen-Situation geändert. Durch die hohen Temperaturen, und der nicht funktionierenden Klimaanlage, vom 28.05.2026 bis einschließlich dem 30.05.2026 konnten mehrere Leute unserer Gruppe über Nacht teilweise gar nicht schlafen. Ebenfalls war kein Service in den Zimmern vorhanden, es wurde in Abwesenheit nicht geputzt, aufgeräumt oder fehlende Hygiene-Gegenstände aufgefüllt OBWOHL das Schild an der Tür hing, das bitte aufgeräumt werden soll. In einem der Verkaufsautomaten, die in der Lobby stehen, hat ebenfalls eine Spirale angefangen zu schimmeln.

Das Zimmer selbst war ordentlich und sauber. Leider mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass die Unterkunft offenbar auch für Langzeitunterbringung sowie von Monteuren genutzt wird.

Sobald man das Gebäude betreten hat, roch es im Eingangsbereich und auf den Fluren leider wie in einer Kifferhöhle. Insgesamt war das Ambiente dadurch für uns als Urlauber alles andere als angenehm. Wenn man ein paar schöne und entspannte Tage verbringen möchte, hat man einfach andere Erwartungen an die Unterkunft.

Meiner Meinung nach sollte im Angebot transparenter darauf hingewiesen werden, dass dort auch Langzeitgäste beziehungsweise unterschiedliche Wohnformen untergebracht sind.
