ריח נוראי בחדר של עובש / טחב שלא יצא גם כשחלון היה פתוח לאוורר כמה שעות

בנוסף - החלונות לא אטומים והרעש מהרחוב נשמע בחדר כאילו אין חלון

בקיצור - למרות מיטה נוחה ומצעים נעימים
המחיר לא מצדיק את החדר שהיה מסריח ורועש

מלון קטן ואינטימי במרכז ירושלים - אחלה תמורה למחיר!

שודרגנו לסוויטה. המיקום של המלון במרכז ירושלים נהדר - גם קרוב יחסית לרכבת קלה וגם יושב ברחוב אחורי למדרחוב ככה שיש שקט יחסי.
החדר מרווח מאוד והמתקנים ברמה גבוהה.
הצוות אדיב מאוד ושירותי

Cons:

הקירות בחדר קצת דורשים צביעה מחודשת אחרי שימוש - אבל ממש בקטנה

המיקום היה אחלה
נחמד שיש אמבטיה בחדר

Cons:

החדר היה מלוכלך ומאוד מוזנח וברמה ירודה
ביקשתי שישימו בלונים לכבוד יום הולדת ונאמר לי ששמו אז לא דאגתי לזה- בפועל היו 3 בלונים מסכנים
הכריות היו לא נוחות ובלילה השני כבר התלבטנו אם לעזוב
העלות הייתה מאוד יקרה ולא תואמת את התמונות והציפיה שהייתה לנו
שילמנו על החדר עם כרטיס מילואים שלנו
כן יאמר לזכות הצוות שקיבלנו זיכוי על סך 500 שקלים..

Comfortable and adequate but by no means luxurious.
Pros:

It’s a very small hotel only 7 rooms, right in the heart of Jerusalem.

Cons:

Facilities lacked, there was literally your room and that is it. No area for breakfast, or to even sit and wait for people. Breakfast is at a cafe a walk away from the location.

הצוות סייע באדיבות ונתן מענה לכל צורך - לבקשתנו ארגנו לול בחדר בשביל התינוקת ואפילו קישטו עם בלונים לכבוד יום ההולדת. גם לפני ההגעה ענו מהר וביעילות על כל שאלה.

מלון מהמם במיקום מצויין!!
Pros:

המלון במיקום ממש מרכזי, במרכז העיר. החדר יחסית מרווח ונעים, מעוצב יפה והכל נראה חדש ונקי. החדר היה ממש נקי. יש למלון הסדר עם חניון קרוב וניתן להיכנס ולצאת עם הרכב כמה שרוצים וזה היה בונוס משמעותי בשבילנו. הצוות היה אדיב ונחמד ועזר בכל מה שהיינו צריכות

Cons:

אין מעלית ולכן מעט בעייתי למי שזקוק לנגישות. היינו בקומה 1 ולנו זה לא הפריע.
