Pros:

三ツ星になってたので期待しすぎたかも。ビジネスホテルとしては普通です。鍵がカードタイプでないあたりでこの地区に古くからあるんだなって感じ。周囲は閑静な住宅街な感じで静かです。私は２泊で他でもそれぐらいなら清掃なしを選ぶのでいいですが、元々連泊では３泊目か4泊目かで清掃なようなので気になる方は要問合せかもですね。地下鉄出口から大通り沿い真っ直ぐ歩いて10分程ですかね。駅が広いので改札からは遠い感じがしますが、三宮までの利便性は悪くないと思います。

Cons:

ユニットバスの清掃、室内鏡の清掃をもう少し丁寧にして欲しいかな、と。
清掃がないからでしょうけど使用済みタオルをエレベーター前の籠に入れてくださいっていうのは新鮮でした。（悪いとは言わないけど）
食事するには選択肢は少ないようにみえたので注意かもです。

ドライヤーか壊れてたので交換して頂きました。夜遅くにも対応していただきありがとうございました。

Cons:

ドライヤーか壊れていてフロントに電話したが、電話の質が悪かった。ガサガサで何を言っているのかがよく聞き取れなかった。

トリプルルームでしたがとても広く快適でした
朝食のカレーセット美味しかったです
意外と他の部屋の音が気にならなかった

Cons:

部屋の鍵が締まりにくかった気がする(閉まってるのかどうかわかりにくかった)
閉まってても内側からノブを回すと開いてしまった

途端タバコの臭いがしたのでがっかりした。
Pros:

最寄りの駅まではそう遠くなくホテルの周りに飲食店もそれなりにあり　コンビニは隣接してたので不自由無かった。

Cons:

湯船が掃除していない。浴槽が垢が全体に残っていた。
湯船から見える洗面所の下、トイレの中か掃除されておらずカビか見えた。
歯ブラシをもう少し選別して欲しい。
設備をよくする以前の問題。
