The staff were very nice and the WiFi was decent. There's a convenience store right next to the hotel along with a small restaurant, and there is a supermarket 10-15 minutes away. The laundry facilities were fairly good. The hotel is within 5-10 minutes walk of two local metro stations, and 15-20 minutes walk from a JR station. The bathroom had a towel rail.
The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere right next to an apartment block populated by people who do not appear to have any regard for how much noise they're making. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on nearby, including other rooms in all directions. The amenities seemed to fluctuate in availability. While the hotel offers work desks, they sure don't offer work chairs. The stool provided wasn't comfortable for long term desk use and there was no option to get a chair with a back, which was very disappointing. The bed was hard and the pillow was harder. While the clock by the bed was welcome, the fact it lit up the room at night (even while dimmed) was not. There were no USB charging outlets and the plug socket locations were strangely positioned (only one on the desk and three by the bed? Why?).
