The glass partition
Fixtures like shower and faucet are not in the best condition. The water heater was broken. The bed was too low and uncomfortable to seat in, considering no stool or chair was provided even tho we requested it.
Can hear the noise from the hallway and the elevators from the building to the hotel lobby can take some time. They also charge flat rate for parking now instead of having it free. TV was also slow.

**Disastrous Stay at [Hotel Name]**
My recent stay at [Hotel Name] was an unmitigated disaster. Upon arrival, I discovered that the booking system had recorded the wrong number of nights, causing confusion. I immediately cancelled my week-long booking, only to be informed that I would be charged for one night due to their cancellation policy.
The room itself was in a deplorable state. Water was leaking from the toilet, creating a perpetual puddle on the floor. The glass surround in the bathroom was haphazardly sealed with tape, which was both unsightly and unhygienic. The drains were uncovered, revealing extensive mold growth that made the air thick with dampness.
The air conditioner was non-functional, leaving the room sweltering throughout my brief stay. The bed was stained with unidentifiable marks on both the mattress and sheets, making it uncomfortable to even sit on. Overall, the experience was a nightmare, and I would strongly advise against staying here. The hotel's lack of maintenance and attention to detail is appalling, and it desperately needs a thorough renovation.

Swimming pool service
The housekeeping staff is lock of training since we are still inside of the room ans my wife changing her clothes he knock the door twice without informing anything and after that he open our door while my wife changing clothes and i shout because we are still in our succeding time of check in time this is very unacceptable and devastating in this hotel we neeed futher investigation in this matter we are already speak to the hotel manager in our case to identify this person thankyou
