Pros:

The room was a good size for my husbands disability scooter. Overlooked the park. Good accesss. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was tierd and looked uncared for. We stayed earlier in the year in a different room and it was the same. A rather dull room with no visual connection to the park. A lot of the shops and a restaurant not open Monday to Thursday when we stayed. Had to travel to shop.

Cons:

We were there for a wedding in the park at the hospitality venue and there was no way apart from guiding taxis in on the phone to get them to the correct place of the taxis only one came to the correct entrance all others going to the Hex hotel instead of the venue entrance which is where we wanted to go to not from . Fortunately the staff were excellent helping out . Some arrangements need to be made with local taxi companies to stop this happening again

Amazing stay
Pros:

The receptionist that greeted us was so friendly and welcoming. We also received an upgrade to our booking to a suite, which was just amazing and had everything we needed and more. The view from the window allowed us to see bush dogs, gibbons and penguins! Breakfast was lovely and because it was out of season, it was quiet which is great as my mum has dementia.

Nothing, we'll be back!

Good if you’re visiting the wildlife Park
Pros:

Location is good for visiting family in the area
Room was clean,
Breakfast was very good lots of choice

Cons:

The room was good but all we had to sit on was a bean bag !!!
I think that a couple of chairs or a small sofa would be more appropriate in a room booked for adults only especially for an older couple, is not practical or hygienic to sit on the beds to watch tv

It makes a huge difference to stay in an onsite hotel, yes it cost a bit more but totally worth it!
Pros:

Location, also got a free upgrade to a park view, so could watch the foxes in the park!

Cons:

Reception in a weird place away from the rooms!tv remote didn’t work properly (we reported when we checked out!
