IIf there are any signs of damage to the apartment or its contents, you will be liable for either repair or replacement costs of these items.
All amenities provided in the apartment shall not be taken out upon departure. Items such as kitchenware, utensils, electrical appliances, and fixtures & furniture shall be subject to a fee if they were found missing or damaged.
A minimal fee of VND 3,000,000 will be imposed for cleaning and maintenance services if the apartment is found messy and disorganized upon checkout (including the rearrangements of furniture in the room).
Smoking is also forbidden in the apartment (including the balcony) and smoking violation shall be subject to a fee of VND 5,000,000
We welcome all well-mannered dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, and fish under ten (10) kgs full grown size. Domestically trained and vaccinated in compliance with local legislation requirements. No more than two (2) pets may occupy an apartment. Pets must be kept in a pet carrier or held by the owner when it is inside the property unless it is in the room. Access to pet’s friendly outdoor courtyard/garden (except public areas such as Restaurants, Residents’ Lounge, Kids’ Playroom, Swimming Pool, and Gymnasium). Other house rules will be applied.
A deposit may be required at the property.

The views are absolutely breathtaking from our 2 bedroom apparment 19th floor.
Staff all very friendly & efficient.
We made use of free bikes to explore the beach area.
The use of a washing machine is real plus.
Some of the walls have been drawn on.

The apartment and in particular the balcony facing the ocean was fantastic. Spacious and a nice place to be. Vast breakfast spread and good restaurant on the ground floor.
Very loud with children so we didn’t use the swimming pools because they were too noisy. Near lots of construction so loud on the balcony but the doors blocked out the noise well.

The reception team was outstanding. Professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. They made the check-in and check-out process smooth and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality.
