NOT a true upper tier hotel. For western standard, it's a 2 star hotel
Pros:

Great location, right across from the beach. Easy to haul taxi. Short distance to eateries.

Cons:

Public areas in the hotel are literally outside temperature, and that means extremely hot. Further, many of those areas are dark at night. Worst issue was when i walked into the public toilet on the ground floor, it's completely flooded (Sep 2 2026). Room was toasty on arrival, and it took a long while to cool it down.

Quy Nhon hotel stay
Pros:

We had a gantasticl stay at the Fleur De Lys. The location is excellent close to the beach and plenty of eating places and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean with excellent AC. The breakfast buffet has endless variety of delicious cousine. The pool is also nice and big for some swim training. There is also a well equipped gym. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Tiện nghi, sạch sẽ, nhiệt tình.

Cons:

Đèn hơi tối, máy sấy ko cắm đc ổ điện trong wc mang ra ngoài cắm thì ko nhìn được gương (dây máy ngắn), gương đứng nên kết hợp có đèn rọi& ổ cắm để tiện trang điểm& sấy tóc.

Overall okay but definitely lacking in some areas & not nearly as good as others we stayed in at Danang.
Pros:

Location was great, pool was good.

Cons:

Some staff were busy on there phones rather then cleaning the surrounding area they were in. Cleaning pool during the morning? Minibar was warm. When we complained they said it was meant to be between 12 -18 degrees! But in fairness after complaining we received a small bar fridge to our room which is what is needed in Vietnam heat. Some areas like tables outside were dirty & sticky with staff nearby on their phones.

Pros:

Location was excellent, just a short walk across the road to the beach. Room had great beach and mountain views.
The hotel & surrounding was pretty big, so there wasn't much room for shops nearby. So to reach more restaurants & services, one would need to get a grab or short walk.
Onsite breakfast as OK, as usual. I was travelling with kids, so it was a convenient option for them. But I would rather save money and go outside to eat.
The pool was pretty good. Long enough for a swim.

Cons:

Lobby sometimes was hot due to doors being opened.
