Location was great, pool was good.
Some staff were busy on there phones rather then cleaning the surrounding area they were in. Cleaning pool during the morning? Minibar was warm. When we complained they said it was meant to be between 12 -18 degrees! But in fairness after complaining we received a small bar fridge to our room which is what is needed in Vietnam heat. Some areas like tables outside were dirty & sticky with staff nearby on their phones.
Location was excellent, just a short walk across the road to the beach. Room had great beach and mountain views.
The hotel & surrounding was pretty big, so there wasn't much room for shops nearby. So to reach more restaurants & services, one would need to get a grab or short walk.
Onsite breakfast as OK, as usual. I was travelling with kids, so it was a convenient option for them. But I would rather save money and go outside to eat.
The pool was pretty good. Long enough for a swim.
Lobby sometimes was hot due to doors being opened.

The hospitality here is excellent, The staff location and facilities are sensational clean and the staff were all very helpful, this is by far one of the best value for money hotels we have experienced!

The hotel is beautifully maintained with high quality facilities, and the room was exactly as advertised: modern, spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything felt well thought out, making it easy to relax throughout the stay.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Every staff member was warm and professional, but I would especially like to thank Ms. Tuyền at the front desk. From the moment I made my reservation until the day I checked out, she was incredibly attentive, responsive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Her care and professionalism made me feel truly welcomed.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quy Nhon and will definitely stay here again.

some groups of hotel users (travellers) talk very loud, wake me up almost every morning. also the laundry service cost is a bit expensive

Comfortable large room with a really great shower! Good area with some interesting local shops and cafes. Nice pool for hot afternoons.
Breakfast was not great with much of the food having sat for far too long in the bain marie.
