Trust in information sharing at a very disappointing level!
Pros:

Nice rooms and lounge/bar area!
Comfortable stay in the hotel!

Cons:

Had been promised gluten free breakfast options. As for a real allergy concern!! Even confirmed in the evening immediately before the relevant breakfast. Then told in the following morning that it was unfortunately all “sold” out. AT 7am IN THE MORNING! Clearly not trustworthy. We had then to take off and leave the hotel without any breakfast, all three guests. So breakfast paid for, without having any! Highly inconvenient!

Zeer aangenaam verblijf .
Pros:

Prima ligging, in de directe nabijheid van het station Saint -Lambert en in de onmiddellijke omgeving van de Place Saint -Lambert waar zich een winkelcentrum bevindt, van waar je naar het oude stadsgedeelte kan kuieren, naar de maas kan wandelen of er een tram kan nemen.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et propre.
Très confortable, possibilité de manger également sur place.

Cons:

Très bruyant, manque d'isolation phonique avec l'extérieur.
Le quartier n'est pas rassurant.

Déçu, pour un 4 étoiles.

La chambre

Cons:

L’amabilité du personnel. La communication froide et hautaine lors de petits désagréments dû au fumoir et au rajout d’une pizza que nous n’avions jamais consommé sur la chambre. Puisque nous avions dîner à l’extérieur.
La cafetière dans la chambre n’a jamais marché et l’accès pour garer la voiture et au parking souterrain sur la place.

Personnel au top et cadre agréable, mais une climatisation serait indispensable pendant les fortes chaleurs estivales.
Pros:

Très bel établissement avec un personnel adorable et un emplacement idéal. En revanche, en été, l’absence de climatisation est un vrai point à prendre en compte : notre chambre est restée à 27 °C toute la nuit, ce qui a rendu le sommeil difficile. En hiver, cela ne doit évidemment pas poser de problème.

Cons:

Excellent séjour, mais en été l’absence de climatisation peut rendre les nuits difficiles. C’était à 27 degres

La camera spaziosa e ben arredata

Cons:

La ricezione. Dove servono la colazione, praticamente nella mini-hall con gente che va e viene. Il personale. Non è sicuramente il cliente che deve salutare per primo. Abbiamo depositato le valigie e quando ho chiesto di ritirarle mi hanno detto di andare nel deposito a prenderle. Potevo prendere quello che volevo senza problemi. Radisson ha un certo nome che qui non è rispettato

Logement idéal, à un jet de pierre du centre ville !

Toujours les mêmes avantages exclusifs : facilité d'accès et de stationnement, rapidité des formalités, qualité de l'hébergement ! Chambre très calme et confortable, décoration sobre mais agréable, fonctionnalité des aménagements, propreté impeccable... Et petit déjeuner agréable avec buffet varié, pour bien commencer la journée ! Bref, séjour idéal !
