Good room for short stay, series of unfortunate events.
Pros:

Good value for one nights stay. Convenient to have kitchen essentials for cooking options. Full fridge and comfortable bed. Room was clean for the value, and good location for where we were traveling.

Cons:

We were unfortunate to experienced someone in another room burning food that caused upheaval. Fire department had to come out and smoke was an issue. The next day elevator was shut down so we had to go down 4 flights of stairs with our luggage, which wasnt fun. Made for a bit of a hectic turn of events, but I'm assuming it doesnt happen often?

it was good and I would return. Great price.
Pros:

I liked the location and Sam at the front desk was super friendly and helpful

Cons:

Would have been better to have two beds, but it was never advertised as such, so no big deal. The plexiglass entry with locked entrance was a little intimidating, but did feel safe.

Value was great but need a couple more amenities in the room. The staff was amazing!!
Pros:

Location was great. Easy to get to, lots close by.

Cons:

Beds were now comfortable. Only 2 small pillows. No iron and no coffee maker.

I’m very tired having not slept for 4 nights.
Pros:

Location was great. Close to several great food choices and an amazing liquor store.

Cons:

Sofa bed was nearly unsleepable. Woke up all night with springs poking me all over. Drawers under stovetop kept popping open randomly as if a ghost was there. Had to keep requesting tp, soap and towels as there was a king and sofa bed for the 3 of us but the room was only stocked for 2.

Cons:

Stayed 4 nights never once was trash taken out bath tube was filthy( hair and dirt all over it ask to be cleaned they said they would but never did my wife had to clean it

Never Again
Pros:

The area in which the hotel was located is the best in Colorado Springs.

Cons:

There isn't 24 front desk monitoring. The washcloths /towels were always dirty. The quite hours wasn't honored and weed smoking.

Not clean or comfortable
Pros:

All the restaurants and food choices around the area. This staff was also super nice.

Cons:

The room was not clean, especially the bathroom. The bed was super uncomfortable. The room also had a weird smell to it. It is definitely not worth the price. I was also told that if you stay there you get a discount at IHOP. This was not true.

Pros:

Very clean, modern, near restaurants stores and facilities. Rooms set up for longer stays with modern kitchenette

The staff was very pleasant.

Cons:

No hot water, noisy, no amenities. Very basic Motel 6. All towels, linens were extremely over bleached made me ill

Very comfortable, nice and roomy room.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, roomy, and clean. The kitchen included a stove top, microwave and refrigerator, however there were no cooking or eating utensils nor coffee maker or supplies. The laundry services are provided at cost, easy to use, good washer and dryers, and the laundry room was clean. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Vending machines are also available.

Cons:

I would have appreciated knowing in advance that I had to supply the pots and pans to use on the stovetop, cooking utensils, eating utensils, and coffee maker as these are not supplied.

Dirty Room full of dust on the windows, and under the bed. Bathroom shower was also dirty. They do not pick up the phone and when we got there the lady did not want to give is our room. service was horrible
