Overall disappointing, but only one night
Pros:

Only there for the night. Great location. Hotel was noisy as hell all night. Lady was arguing with front desk over apparently her monthly rent (appeared a lot of people live in hotel). Vent in bathroom was dirty, shower was amazing. Beds were ok but pillows sucked. Noisy all night and morning we left.

This hotel needs a manager who is interested in helping customers. We will be looking for a new hotel.

We love the location and the low price.

Cons:

Our room had an overwhelming mold smell. The new manager was not helpful at all. The bathtub and sink were stopped up. The tub was dirty with hair, upon our arrival. The manager would not give us toilet paper or clean towels when asked. The people above us stomped on the floor most of two nights and didn’t stop when the night manager called them.

Pros:

I love the area and the price for accommodation. Staff was very nice.
Stove refrigerator microwave
Little things can make a better experience
But regardless i will stay again.

Cons:

No iron
Shower curtain need changing
Need better comforter they are very thin
A/C filter need changing room had a small when you turn on A/C

Terrible. My son's sinuses were terrible because of the smell.
Pros:

The cleaning lady was very concerned with the room smelling like smoke. The walls had big stains. I have pictures to show. She was very nice and encouraged us to talk with the front desk.

Cons:

The front desk (David) did not seem concerned with my complaint. I asked him for a number to call and he wasn't sure about the number he gave me.

Good value for a $100 room.

It was a good value for $100/night.

Cons:

I would have preferred to have someone at the front desk 24 hours, even though I had no issues that needed to be resolved.
Also, I would have like to check out and get my receipt earlier than 9:00 A. M.

Room had many cleanliness issues, the lack of staff in the morning is disappointing. Hallway smelt of smoke. Lack of soap and shampoo. Quality of towels were lower grade.

Honestly, disappointing...
Pros:

The staff was nice and the price wasn't bad.

Cons:

There was beard hair on our counter, the base of the mirror and a pile on the floor. Crumbs were all over the floor. It was gross.
I was disappointed that the following were not provided in our room: hand wash, conditioner (there was shampoo), hand towel, tissues, curtains to block out light, not even utensils were provided even though we had a kitchenette.

Run Away as Fast as You Can!!!

We were able to get an extra towel and bed sheets.

Cons:

Where do I begin? Place reeked of Marijuana no matter where we went to on the property. Made me feel physically dirty. My wife and I suffered headaches from the exposure. I definitely would not bring small children. The main beds mattress was thin and so old that we were able to feel the springs in our backs. It's been almost two days and my body is still sore. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on the bed it was so bad! Our son slept on a pull out couch. The mattress was stained with only God knows what! I had to ask at the front desk for sheets and a blanket, even though when I made the reservation, I noted that it would be three adults in the room. Our sheets were never changed, or the room cleaned. I will NEVER stay, or recommend this hotel!
