Pros:

Посещаваме хотела за трети път и всеки път оценяваме хубавата атмосфера/ удобни стаи, чудесен дизайн/ Отново ще бъдем ваши гости! Препоръчваме го!

Cons:

Тази година , на терасата ни имаше огромна Палма, която запълваше почти цялото пространство и пречеше!

Pros:

Unitatea de cazare corespunde cu imaginile și descrierea de pe Booking. Este aproape de plaje și de zona de promenadă. Parcarea este încăpătoare iar accesul se face pe baza unei telecomenzi pentru care se cere garanție. Micul dejun a fost decent.

Cons:

Personalul nu prea vorbește limba engleză și ne-am înțeles un pic mai greu. La baie erau semne de infiltrații la nivelul tavanului.

Pros:

El alojamiento muy nuevo las instalaciones nuevas, el personal es muy agradable, muy atentos me prepararon opciones sin gluten y veganas exclusivamente para mí para las dos días que me iba a quedar. Me encantó que haya una tortuga en el jardín. La ubicación es muy buena porque puedes ir andando hasta el centro.

Cons:

No me gustó que el agua de la piscina estuviera muy fría. Ya que el sol se va muy temprano. De ahí el agua debería estar un poco más caliente. El café de la máquina del desayuno es horrible. También pienso que debería de haber algún tipo de tarjeta o de pase especial para abrir el parking para que puedas meter el coche y no tener que estar dependiendo de que te abran la puerta el personal ya que tienes que entrar dentro para avisarles que ya has llegado.

Pros:

The room was really clean and very spacious, the hotel was a 10 minute walk from the center and a 3 minute walk from the beach. Staff was very nice and helpful. And the food at the hotel was also very delicious.

Cons:

Not all staff know english well, but there are always at least one staff that would be able to help english speakers.

Pros:

Stanza ampia con letto king size. Pulitissima. Bagno grande pulito e sanificato. Piscina stupenda. A 5 minuti dalla spiaggia comunale dove con 15€ due lettini e un ombrellone per tutto il giorno.
A 10 minuti si è in centro Sozopol.
Lo consiglio

Cons:

La colazione non è un gran che soprattutto la parte dolce.
Un cuscino in più per dormire sarebbe stato apprezzato.

Pros:

За втори път посещавам Royal Castilo и отново останах много доволен. Удобен и безплатен паркинг, поддържан басейн, просторни и чисти стаи с много удобни легла. Персоналът е любезен и отзивчив, а книгите на разположение за гостите са приятен детайл. Вечер хотелът има много уютна атмосфера и красиво осветление. С удоволствие бих посетил отново!

Pros:

Хотелът е прекрасен! Стаите са големи, баните също. Закуската беше изобилна. Басейнът беше чист. Престоят ни беше повече от чудесен. Паркингът е голям и има място за много коли. Персоналът е отзивчив и любезен. Благодарим за всичко! Отново бихме се върнали.

Good, but better to eat outside the hotel.
Pros:

Good comfortable room, rather clean. Friendly staff at the restaurant and reception

Cons:

Asked to change bed sheet as the one we have was too small- it was not changed till the end of stay (aprx 3-4 days).
Food was not tasty. There was no separate area for smokers, our children wete forced to breath the smoke at all the public areas.
A little bit far from all the places of interest and restaurants

Flot og alt virker godt. Morgenmaden er virkelig god.

Cons:

Dårlig wifi på værelset. Og ingen villighed til at fikse det. De havde en monolog i forhold til hvorfor det ikke virkede, skyldte skylden på VpN. Men handler om at der bare ikke er stærk nok signal.
