Pros:

De service van het personeel. In onze geboekte kamer deed de airco het niet. Kregen voor de hele periode gratis upgrade naar de seaview suite.

Cons:

Het bed was wat hard.

Posizione strategica ma senza vista Caldera
Pros:

Staff accogliente e collaborativo, camera grande e funzionale, struttura comoda e piscina godibile, spazi comuni godibili e addirittura due terrazzi nella nostra camera.

Cons:

In effetti praticamente da nessuna camera di questa struttura c'è una vista sulla caldera, si vedono alcuni piccoli scorci di mare ma solo sull'altro lato dell'isola, avremmo voluto la pulizia della camera una volta in più, abbiamo messo il cartello, ma non sono venuti, poco male comunque. Nella nostra camera le porte interne erano alte al massino 170 cm e in una delle 2 camere non c'era proprio la porta.

Super beliggenhet; spennende og annerledes rom; fantastisk utsikt; deilig jacuzzi, hyggelig område med gode restauranter i nærheten

Cons:

Dårlig lys på bad; mørkt soverom, intet varmt vann; måtte gå langt til frokost som den ene dagen ble servert 1/2 time for sent; hifi koden en hemmelighet som vi daglig måtte be om og ikke alltid fikk;

Séjour exceptionnel dans un lieu magnifique, avec un personnel très attentif.

L’emplacement, la vue magnifique et le charme de la chambre.
L’accueil attentionné du concierge.

Cons:

Chambres situées à distance de l’accueil et de l’hôtel principal - sans aucune précision sur le site de réservation.
Certaines prestations désuètes (luminaires défectueux, pression et température de l’eau de la douche, déjeuner).
Manque de précision dans la présentation de l’hôtel et des chambres (chambres non fermées dans la master suite par exemple).

Great hospitality and beautiful location.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and had a beautiful layout. We were three girls and there was so much space to get ready and lounge. Our room also included a private hot tub which was an amazing addition. We weren’t able to use it since it was so windy while we were there but it would’ve been great. The hospitality was amazing! The owner was very accommodating and super helpful.

Loved our stay!! Would definitely recommend!
Pros:

The location was perfect - short walk to shops, restaurants, caldera view, but still felt very private, esp the pool area. Lovely walk into Fira and to Oia (2.5hrs approx) with stunning views all the way. Breakfast was great with good selection - Greek yoghurt, honey, fresh fruit, cereals, toast, breads, eggs. Ardit, the hotel manager was 5*, always on hand if needed, suggesting places to go and recommending restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing. The two bedroom suite was ideal for our group of four, but you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the other, and lack of privacy in the bathroom area may be an issue for some.

Buen hotel con excelente trato.
Pros:

Todo, lo cuidado que estaba, todo reformado, pero principalmente el trato y la amabilidad del personal. El chico que se encarga de recibirnos a la llegada y atendernos, es muy atento y servicial, de los mejores tratos que hemos recibido en hoteles.ñ, cercano, profesional y amable.

Nada, tuvimos mala suerte con el tiempo.
