An incredible budget & simple find.
Pros:

If you want a small, budget friendly hotel near Hollywood, I can't recommend this place enough. You'll literally see the Hollywood sign from it's doorstep, and within walking distance to many amazing food places (and UCB too, can't forget that). The room itself is spacious and comfortable, being kept very clean and with pretty great beds too. Shoutout to the staff too, they were incredible throughout our stay, and helped us with baggage storage & parking until we had to leave late at night.

Cons:

Apart from parking, you won't find many amenities. Parking & a coffee machine/water dispenser is about all there is. Not that I'm complaining as I knew there wasn't going to be that many amenities, but just something to note around here.

Pros:

I liked the general location, near friends in Hollywood. I liked that parking was reasonable at $10/night, staff was responsive, that the air conditioning worked well, and that there was always coffee and tea. The sheets were soft, not scratchy.

Cons:

It is next to a freeway exit, so air quality is not great, though it is convenient to the fwy. I did not like that the flooring was missing some chunks of vinyl.

-okna, które nie wyciszają absolutnie nic
-płatny parking (przez całego road tripa płaciliśmy jedynie za parking strzeżony podziemny w LV i tutaj za niestrzeżony na otwartym placu)
-bardzo ciemno w pokoju mimo zapalenia wszystkich świateł

Noisy by being by a main street. Not much in the room except the beds. No fridge... It was ok overall.

Would stay here again!
Pros:

Loved our stay here. I thought the location was good and the fact it has parking too was an added bonus. Room we were in was spacious, cool and very comfortable to stay in.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like.
