Pros:

Great location directly above saigon centre. Everything you need in the vicinity. Amazing breakfast and very friendly staff. Its pricey but compared to other 5 star hotels i think its worth it. Will come again next time!

Asian Tourists would love this hotel
Pros:

Funky hotel in a good location. Inside the Saigon Centre itself.

Cons:

Two small lifts for so many guests resulted in delays. Breakfast hot food was cold, this is not good when arriving just a few minutes after opening. Caters for the Asian market and not western tourists. We found ourselves uncomfortable and not able to relax.

Pros:

All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. We especially love the breakfast - so many options and all items are scrumptious! Room is clean modern and comfy. Location is really central and close to everywhere.

Great stay in the Heart of the City!
Pros:

Excellent location, right in the heart of District 1 - everything walkable. Room was very comfortable and the view outstanding! The pool area was the perfect way to start the day!

Very happy with the hotel
Pros:

Excellent location. Well placed in the city, but was actually really good to be in a nice mall. Food hall in the basement is great for breakfast if not booked in the hotel. Easy to find. Pool was really good.
