Fusion Original Saigon Centre is located on the ground floor of Saigon Centre. The easiest way to find us is entering the Pasteur entrance then turn your right. We are opposite to Marc Jacob store.
Guests need to bring their physical credit card which payment has been done and show it upon check-in. Otherwise, hotel will charge again with a new card upon arrival and cancel pre-payment.
The credit card holder must be the staying guest.
All visitor(s) is/are required to be registered with the valid IDs/passports at the Front Desk and are only permitted in guest rooms, following registration, between 08:00 and 22:00. Any visitor(s) must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. In case the guest reservation does not contain details of visitor name or any note referring to the same, an additional room booking is required after 22:00.
Guests are required to present a physical ID/ Driver’s License or Passport for Vietnamese guests, and a Passport for foreign guests upon arrival.

This hotel is perfectly located in Ward 1. It's location is central to shopping, restaurants, the major markets and it located within the Saigon Centre Shopping Mall which has multiple floors of air conditioned shopping, a mix of shops with a lot if high end shops. Eandering the Saigon Centre is a great option when you want a reprieve from the heat of the day. The top floor of the centre has great cafes and restaurants and the Basement 2 level has a food hall, inluding a fantastic gourmet grocers with a great range of food, wine, bubbles, beer and spirits. The rooms at the Fusion Original Saigon Centre are well decorated and not your average bland hotel room. Very comfortable with great furnishings. Breakfast was delicious, recommend including with your room when booking. Al la carte brekky menu options included along with breakfast buffet. Coffee to order. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Tolle Lage mitten im Saigon Centre, geschmackvoll eingerichtete große Zimmer, Fitness 15. Etage, Pool 6 Etage sehr groß mit viel Liegemöglichkeiten und toller Aussicht, Restaurnant in der 24. Etage mit unglaublich leckerem Frühstück (a la carte und Buffet), auf jeder Etage gibt es kleine Panty mit Wasser, Kaffee, Obst und Gebäck

Clean comfortable rooms and it was great to have the option of a two bedroom suite for our party.
Pool a long way from the hotel room and shared with another residence. In a shopping centre and next to a shop selling perfume, so not great if you're sensitive to scents. Bar expensive and wine poor. Breakfast no better than OK.

I had high expectations for this hotel as it was the final stay of my Vietnam trip and was meant to be the highlight of our accommodation. Unfortunately, it ended up being the most disappointing.
The experience started at check-in. I was asked to present the physical card used to make the booking, which I didn’t have with me. While I understand this is stated in the Booking.com policy, I found it concerning that the refund process for the original payment would take 30–45 days. I had to request a refund to the original card and then pay again using another physical card I had with me. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels throughout Vietnam, and none required the physical card, so this felt unnecessarily inconvenient. I also had to remind the staff to send the refund confirmation email, which should have been done without prompting.
Another disappointment was the lack of assistance with our luggage. Every other hotel we stayed at in Vietnam proactively offered to carry our bags, but here, despite being marketed as a five-star property, no help was offered at all.
The biggest issue, however, was the room itself. As soon as we walked in, we were hit with a strong musty, damp smell. We asked if something could be done, and staff brought in a dehumidifier for around 30 minutes, but it made no noticeable difference. The unpleasant smell remained throughout our stay, which is simply not what you’d expect from a five-star hotel.
Overall, this stay fell well below expectations. What was supposed to be the perfect ending to an amazing Vietnam trip turned into a frustrating experience. I’m now just hoping the refund is processed without any issues.
