Fun place to stay. Staff was incredibly helpful in every way. Tram stop right out front.
Pros:

Funky and eclectic "art room". Well appointed and fun. Breakfast was good.

Fabulous hotel in a great location
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was perfect and really comfy plus an amazing tasty breakfast with lots of variety. It was nice to relax in the egg chairs and also spend time drawing and looking at the art. The location was way better than we thought it would be, with excellent speedy links on the tram outside the door to the city centre and beyond. Lots of places nearby to find food too.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast, very good location. There is a stop of tram 9 almost just in front of the hotel, that drives in a few minutes to the city centre.

Cons:

The way of cleaning the room. Just changing the towels and not the sheets. The bathroom was not cleaned very well. They didn't vacuum the floor.

Pros:

Das Personal war von 10/10 🥰. Das Frühstück war super und das man immer kostenlos Kaffee und Wasser trinken konnte. Matratze war traumhaft 🛏️

Cons:

Ein Kleiderschrank wäre nicht schlecht gewesen und es is Gewöhnungsbedürftig das man kein Fenster öffnen kann🤔

Fantastisk betjening.
Pros:

Variert og innholdsrik frokost.

Cons:

Rotete frokost, mat rundt området der en sjekket inn/ut. Trangt og mye folk. En «øy» var bygget opp ved resepsjonen som skulle være bar.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer, sowie das gesamte Hotel. Es hat einen besonderen Flair. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Verdunkelung war durch Rollos sehr gut möglich. Klimaanlage funktioniert ebenfalls.
Da wir mit Kindern reisten, wurden uns gleich zwei Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür gegeben. Das fand ich sehr gut mitgedacht vom Hotelpersonal und wirklich praktisch.
Die Straßenbahn ins Zentrum fährt vor der Haustür weg, und man ist dann in 15 min beim Bahnhof. In ein paar Minuten Fußgehdistanz kommt man auch zur U Bahn.
Die Hotelbar hat eine große Auswahl.
Gute Lokale und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

In Finnland kann man in Hotels meist nicht die Fenster öffnen. Das ging mir persönlich am meisten ab.
Die Zimmer hatten keinen Kleiderschrank, eher Ablagefläche. Also sollte man das beim Packen berücksichtigen, damit man die Dinge aus dem Koffer griffbereit hat.
