Falta de boa vontade dos funcionários. Explico, fiz minha reserva via LATAM e estava viajando sozinho, porém ao chegar para o checkin na recepção fui informado que a reserva era para 2 pessoas. Falei que estava viajando sozinho e não quiseram alterar minha reserva. Fiz contato com o suporte ao cliente da BOOKING e tentaram intermediar, porém o hotel se recusou a alterar minha reserva para SINGLE. Paguei e não volto mais.
