I spent two nights in this hotel and I would tell this hotel have a great service. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Will be back to this hotel again if I have chance to visit Semarang again
We recently held our Champions Conference Central Java at Hotel Aruss Semarang, and overall we had a very pleasant experience.
The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with a great atmosphere for a corporate event. The meeting facilities were well prepared, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the event. Everything ran smoothly, which really helped our team focus on the conference and enjoy the day.
The location is also convenient and easy to access. Thank you to the Hotel Aruss Semarang team for the great hospitality and support. Definitely a recommended venue for meetings, conferences, and corporate events in Semarang!

Came to stay here after watching reviews from tiktoks and instagram.
I stayed in one of the high floor rooms. The room I stayed was clean with great view of the city. The pool and gym also nice, big pool and clean gym. The front desk staffs were also great and helpful. That's about all of it which were nice about the hotel.

Aruss is an excellent hotel. Check in was easy and fast. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is sparkling clean. Breakfast was super good, many option to choose from. Staffs were very friendly and super polite, appreciate that (Zen). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we will stay here again in the future.
