Entre boscos i muntanyes, hem trobat la desconnexió que buscàvem.
Pros:

Hem passat una estada molt agradable a l'Hotel Les Pardines. Les instal·lacions estan molt ben cuidades, el personal és molt amable i atent tant en la recepció com en el restaurant i el menjar és molt bo i de qualitat. Un lloc molt recomanable per gaudir d'Andorra. Hi tornarem!

Cons:

No hi ha res destacable en negatiu. Com a única suggerència, ens hauria agradat disposar d'un minibar a l'habitació, tot i que aquest servei estava disponible a la planta baixa. La resta de l'estada ha estat molt satisfactòria.

Un lloc precios per gaudir de tot en bona companyia
Pros:

Es un lloc excepcional pero passar uns dies de relax amb bon menjar al restaurant Les Pardines. Amb un jardi precios on pots passar moltes estones gaudin de les meravelloses vistes. Un SPA molt agradable. Ho repetirem segur.

Cons:

Aunque la habitación era muy bonita, era muy pequeña para tratarse de una Suite y mal distribuida. No tenía nevera/minibar, por ejemplo. La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado (debíamos abrir las ventanas pero reducir el calor interno)

Lage sehr schön und ruhig

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig aber schnell fehlt es an Kleinigkeit… Marmelade war oft leer, aufgeschnittene Früchte auch.
Das war aber das einzige klitzekleine Detail in einem sonst grandiosen Service.

El lugar es perfecto para un fin de semana de tranquilidad. El hotel es muy bonito, limpio e íntimo. La comida del restaurante es excelente y todo el personal muy amable y atento.
El spa tiene lo necesario para relajarte y desconectar.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy bueno, pero tardan en reponer lo que se acaba, sobretodo si llegas un poco más tarde. Pero la calidad es excelente.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal Gäste in diesem Hotel, was zeigt, dass wir uns hier grundsätzlich sehr wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Hotel ist sehr schön , ein idealer Ausgangspunkt und eine wirklich angenehme Unterkunft, mit wunderbarem Frühstück.

Die Empfangschefin war beim Check-out ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Am Anreisetag hätten wir uns allerdings einen ebenso derartigen Empfang gewünscht, da die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption einfach unfreundlich war.

Cons:

Enttäuscht hat uns dieses Mal vor allem die gastronomische Situation. Obwohl wir Hotelgäste waren, hatten wir weder am Nachmittag an der Bar oder auf der Terrasse noch am Abend die Möglichkeit, etwas zu essen, da das Restaurant offenbar vollständig ausgebucht war. Selbst ein einfaches Angebot für Hausgäste oder ein Roomservice wurde leider nicht angeboten. Gerade als Hotelgast hätten wir uns darüber sehr gefreut.
