Una experiencia muy agradable y relajante
Pros:

Me encantó el entorno, el Hotel me parece súper acogedor y el personal súper agradable. El desayuno estaba muy rico pero le falta un poco más de variedad

Хороший готель для пари щоб просто усамітнитись, по околицям гарно зробити хайк.

Розташування гарне, гарно для усамітнення, мало номерів, хороші сніданки

Cons:

Це досить важко назвати СПА:( і в СПА було не зовсім чисто, особливо вода в маленькому басейні гейзерному, там плавало якесь сміття.
Плюс в номері десь то гачок зламаний, стіл журнальний теж був трошки сламаний, ніжка хиталась і як для нас досить не зручні подушки і матраци.
І на жаль немає міні холодильника, це досить не зручно.
А ще серед ночі, десь о 12-й до нас зайшов персонал, в цей момент ми спали, і ми дуже злякались скрізь сон, на наступний день, вони сказали що думали що в номері нікого немає і це досить дивно, що навіть не вибачились а зробили вигляд що таке буває, але такого немає бути:(

El mejor hotel de Grand Valira que he estado
Pros:

Viajamos en las fechas de fallas que son festividad en valencia, nos encontramos un hotel boutique increible con un trato inmejorable, nos encantó donde estaba ubicado cerca también de pistas. Quería darle una mención y recomendación a Rubén que nos trato como si estuvieramos en casa. Estuvimos con nuestra bebé de 15 meses y fue todo amabilidad de su parte. El año que viene repetiremos.

Recomendable si la idea es desconectar, aprovechar funicam para esquiar y evitar la aglomeración de Andorra la Vella.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la amabilidad del personal, y sobre todo el personal del restaurante! Merecida la estrella Michelin que obtuvo el restaurante el mes pasado, enhorabuena .

Cons:

Para el nivel que tiene el restaurante y el hotel en sí, el mismo hotel para mi gusto tiene falta de mejorar varias cosas; el servicio de limpieza, el servicio de mantenimiento y algunas modificaciones o mejoras sobre todo en el cuarto de baño, el secador de pelo está para cambiar a uno que no haga tanto ruido y que no sea pegajoso.

Stunning
Pros:

Stunning tranquil boutique hotel with wonderful food and the best staff ever. Loved the breakfast and also the spa. 10/10 in every way. Easiest access to funicular within minutes and a short drive to all resorts. Highly recommend this wonderful place.

Semana de desconexión en la montaña
Pros:

El entorno es inmejorable un sitio perfecto para desconectar, el trato la comida y las instalaciones perfectas. Muy conectado con la estación de esquí. Sitio agradable bonito y tranquilo.

Cons:

La reserva no nos incluía el spa, no nos los esperabamos, es verdad que estaba indicado, pero creo que sería mejor indiciarlo con más claridad. Además fuimos y había instalaciones que no se podían usar por mantenimiento o no funcionaban y el verdad que el agua estaba un poco fría
