Pros:

Dass Personal war immer überaus freundlich, zuvorkommend und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr. Das Frühstück bot viel Abwechslung und es gab sowohl einen Warm - als auch Kaltanteil. Der Pool und die Außenanlage ist modern und gepflegt. Zum Flughafen sind es mit dem Auto nur 10min. Zum Strand sind es 4min. Restaurants sind direkt links und rechts vom Hotel verfügbar.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind OK - das Bad ist jedoch veraltet und die Klobürste war sehr dreckig. Es gab nur zu Beginn einmal zwei kleine Fläschchen Shampoo und zwei kleine Handseifen. Dies wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Bitte also lieber selbst mitbringen.
Die Handtücher auf dem Zimmer durfte man nicht für den Strand oder den Pool nutzen. Es standen Handtücher für 23€ Leihgebühr zur Verfügung, wobei man 20€ bei Rückgabe erhält. 3€ sind für die Reinigung gedacht.

Excellent séjour à 5min de la mer
Pros:

Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillies, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable, le personnel toujours au petit soin et de très bon conseil pour les excursions. La piscine et les transats étaient toujours très propres et confortables. Le personnel F&B était très aimable, particulièrement Dimitri, et leurs cocktails délicieux ! Un grand merci à tous, nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet établissement.

I’m afraid I wouldn’t come back to the hotel
Pros:

The lounge area and pool were nicely decorated.

Cons:

The communal areas had no air conditioning, which was quite uncomfortable and disappointing given the high summer temperatures. On top of that, immediately after breakfast ended at 10:01, the staff would switch off the air conditioning in the breakfast area. This created an unwelcoming atmosphere and made us feel rushed to finish our coffee and leave.

While the room was cleaned daily and towels changed, each time we returned there was a strong smell of mold, and we consistently found hair on the mattress and pillows. This suggests that the bedding was not being cleaned properly, which was very concerning.

Our shower didn't drain very well and another room we had smelt very bad.

Pros:

Mi-a placut faptul ca erau schimbate cearceafurile si prosoapele in fiecare zi. Micul dejun consistent, liniștea din hotel si din afară. Yorgo, recepționer al hotelului foarte binevoitor.

Cons:

Baia zici ca nu era finalizata (camera 117). Fără gresie si faianță. Totul vechi si ruginit in baie. Ușa de la baie rămânea blocata daca nu erai atent. Televizorul de 20 cm, fără sa funcționeze pe tot parcursul sejurului. Am reclamat si cand mai aveam de stat doua zile ca ne schimba camera.

Pros:

The staff was amazing they really tried their best to make it unforgettable for us the trip. The bartender Dimitri (i hope i write it correctly) makes the best cocktails and his brother is as kind as him.
The receptionist girl (we forget to ask her name :() was always helpful and kind.
Amazing place, very cozy.

Cons:

The bathroom at our room was not the cleanest. I know that Greece do not have the best water but still was a little disappointing.
Please upgrade what is included in the price it was little confusing that the soft drink was included at the breakfast but not at dinner. It was not a problem for us btw.

It was a very pleasant experience.
Pros:

The hotel staff in particular were always courteous and helpful. For example, our rental car and various cab rides were organized and ordered by the reception. We also recommend the bar, both during the day by the pool and in the evening after work. The bartender prepares good cocktails and has a wide selection of very good signature cocktails.

Furthermore, the rooms have a nice view over the pool area and parts of the sea. You'll see lots of kitesurfers. Together with their modern design, they provide a comfortable atmosphere.
