Quiet despite the very central location in Old Montreal. Cozy apartment with character.
The location was the only good thing about the place.
We felt it as a scam. First, the space between the bed and the wall was 30cm, on one side, the other side was attached to the wall and we found out that less than 75cm is a fire code violation in Quebec, we've had to report it to the ministry of tourism and costumer protection office (OPC).
The bathroom and room were dirty, we found stains, spider webs, hair, etc. The windows didn't have shades and the room was very bright at night. No sound proof as they published in the add, we could hear noise coming from the street (which is very busy at night) and inside the hallway outside the room. The place didn't even have a wardrobe or somewhere to hang or store our clothes and they advertised it as a ¨suite¨. The toilet in the bathroom was also very close to the wall that you could hit the wall with your arm, and the towel were so old that you can see holes in it. Before doing the reservation we saw pics of a different place nice roomy and cozy, but once we paid and went to the place, we found out it was totally different from what we saw and expected when making the booking, We contacted the hotel clamming what we saw and they offered us a different room but with an increment on the fee, which we found excesive and out of question as the price we had paid was not cheap.
This place is not recommended at all.
Located in the old part of the town in a nice building. It is a popular tourist area with lots of restaurants. Easy walk to Palais de Congrès and a little further to the business district.
Apartment is spacious, well decorated, clean and well-equipped.
Entrance is via various codes for front door, lift and apartment door. Feels secure.

Bed was not comfortable, mattress too hard for me. For cleanliness they are due for a deep clean of the place (dusty mouldings,wall cleaning), carpet and couch in living room due for change
Spacious and very clean unit. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was amazing. AC worked very well. The king bed was very comfortable. The staff was very quick to response for my message.
The location is PRIMO! I don't think there is a better location possible in the old town area. It is at the end of the part of the street that you can drive on so you can drop your luggage at the door, but you are still right there at the start of the walking street in the old town. At least while we were there (mid-July), it was not noisy even though the apartment is close to the street. The Quai de l'Horloge parking lot is only a block away. The apartment was lovely and well appointed. It was pretty easy to get in and out. The big windows were very nice also.
The lovely big windows were locked up and could not be opened except one that could only be opened two inches. In the evening it would have been nice to open the windows for some air and not have to run the air conditioner. A minor nitpick is that photos implied there was a view, but from the apartment we were in (101), only the immediate street could be seen.
We’ve stayed many times and enjoy the apartment layout, amenities and proximity to everything we want to do.
The team has made a number of noticeable improvements and upgrades.
Would appreciate having a clothes rod and/or hooks in the second bdrm to hang garments.
Perfect location and easy to find
Bed was a bit hard and need a blind on the window a light shined in all night and made it feel like morning but it was the middle of the night.
Loved the proximity to everything in old Montreal, vieux Montreal!! The charm and ease of access with security was fabulous.
The blinds in the main living and bathroom were see through at night time.

- the place was used by a pet, and the hair was everywhere, if u have allergy that will be inconvenient.
- I can hear the steps of the room above me, and from the window as well.
- entrance is shared between the staff of the restaurant Veranda and the hotel.
- from time to time u can smell some food from the restaurant.
- pillow are not comfortable if you have neck challenge. i would recommend different type of pillows (specially the filling fabric), so it match majority of the customers.
- the mattress not comfortable for me, it might be for others.
Excellent location, well appointed with all of the amenities (high end and functional), clean, safe building.
The apartment 401 has a quality king size bed but it’s way too firm for 90% the people. We slept really bad for 5 nights an woke up sore every morning… Would not go back to this specific just for that. Also not good if you plan to do some prolonged remote work (no chair and or desk).

the location of this appartments rental is PERFECT . it can't be better to visit Old Montreal. we were given an upgraded room the day of our arrival. we previously booked the smallest room , which is the #101 , it is a studio, very narrow and no living room area but were upgraded to an appartment that has separate 1 bedroom , kitchen and living room .we were very happy. room #102 is great. apartments are modern and well decorated with everything needed. access code and instructions are clear. Shower is great. there is washing machine and dryer and big closets.
Floors could be more clean. we found human hairs and dog dry food in some area. It made me feel like a need to wear slippers . Also the bed is ok , not very soft but the comforter on the bed is put btw 2 flat bed sheets , it is not a cover . I would have much preferred the comforter to be in a cover . it was hard to keep it together the way it is and I am not sure if they wash it btw each customers. At night the street can be noisy, it could be a problem if you a person that like to sleep early . we were ok with it because it was Summer vacation for everyone and noise was more on the Saturday night. the 2 negative points are however not taking over on the positive points.
