Perfect accommodations in a perfect location
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay. The place was very comfortable, very clean, and had perfect accommodations. The location could not have been any better. We highly recommend this location and this company and will use it again when we come back to Montreal, soon.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like is that we wish our stay was longer!

Pros:

La ubicación excepcional, cerca de las principales atracciones, restaurantes, shopping casual.
El alojamiento super amplio, moderno, iluminado, con todo lo necesario en aditamentos, servicios y muy seguro. Y el servicio a cliente respondía casi inmediatamente sin importar la hora. Lo recomiendo por supuesto!

Cons:

El refri tenía un par de alimentos de los huéspedes anteriores y tardaron un poco para entregarlo porque la limpieza se retrasó, pero compensaron inmediatamente la falta.

Great location.

Cons:

Bad service, even basic things like replenishing coffee capsules (which one can't obtain easily), or having decaf capsules (no, no, they said we don't do that!).
Most annoying is their policy re early check-in and late checkout. They charge $75 for either, but when we requested an early check-in (at 11 am) they wanted to charge us $220!!! And while checkout time is 11, at 10.50 someone came knocking asking us to leave!!
They also said they would collect the trash if we take it out - we did, and the trash bags were still sitting in front of our door when we checked out!

Perfect location & beautiful apartment!
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous apartment, very spacious & comfortable. Walk out the door & you’re surrounded by places to eat & shop. Great location & everything you need inside the apartment. Smooth easy check in.

Emplacement idéal,
Propre et toutes les commodité.
Nous avons énormément apprécié notre court séjour pour le travail.

Cons:

Les fenêtres sont magnifiques mais comme il n'y a pas de moustiquaire impossible d'ouvrir pour laisser aérer.
Un petit ajout possiblement intéressant.

Very elegant and comfortable hotel, close to shopping! Prime location.
Pros:

Amazing location, right at the start of closed off pedestrian streets. Right by the water. I got the view of la grande roue ferris wheel. The furniture was all superb and comfortable. I loved the kitchen even though I didn’t get to use it much. The bed was also very comfortable as many people described. Would like to stay here again!

Cons:

It’s an old building so it is small and due to the vaulted ceilings, sound travels through the apartment (issue for us because we have a baby). The bathroom was small and the glass partition to the tub was finicky to use, but it made the most out of a small space!

There were too many codes to get into the building and room, but I suppose that means better security.

It’s recommended by the hotel to park at le Quai, don’t waste your money. There’s closer underground 24hr parking on the champ de mars and rue gosford for $24, just need to move your vehicle each night you park.

Excellent séjour au centre de Montréal, proche de tout pour ceux qui aiment le port et le Vieux Montréal.
Pros:

C'est la seconde fois que nous y allons. Nous aimons la localisation, la facilité d'accès et la modernité des lieux.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas véritablement d'accueil et c'est plus un appartement qu'un hôtel.

Great location. Modern, light, airy, clean apartment. The big open windows were lovely. Super decor and smart kitchen area.

Cons:

No contact with a human being. The downstairs entrance is tired looking and doesn't reflect the fresh, modern appartment. Also an opportunity there to add a 'human touch'. Visual of people behind the Luxury in Transit team? With contact details?
