See above.also there are several excellent restaurants within steps away and numerous others within a 5-10 minutes walk.
Pros:

It is beautifully decorated and everything we needed was available. The apartment is ideally located in the old Montreal area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and sufficient towels and toiletries were available for our stay. The hosts are quickly responsive to questions or any last minute needs.

Cons:

I didn’t like leaving!

Excellent location and excellent suite! Highlight of our trip!
Pros:

We had a one bedroom with a king bed. It was very large and spacious, with wonderful windows that gave great light. The unit was wonderful and comfortable! The shower was also great with very good water pressure!
And you can’t beat the location! Right on the edge of the main pedestrian only section in old Montreal with dozens of good restaurants very close by!
We highly recommend this unit!

Cons:

The bed was a little too firm but we got used to it.

Very clean, comfortable stay in the Old Port
Pros:

Spouse and I were in Montreal for our son's graduation and we changed to Maison Rasco at the last minute and what a great decision! Good location in Old Port, a short walk from Champ de Mars metro. Some street noise at night (trucks and tipsy tourists), but we were there during the week - thinking the weekend could be noisier. Our neighbours in the building, however, were quiet (we didn't even see anyone else in the hall or elevator). We could hear a few footsteps overhead, but we were the only suite on our end of the floor so did not have to put up with anyone else's slamming door or hallway noise. The suite itself was very nice, modern and looked new - not a lot of wear and tear. It was nicely climate controlled, had a very comfortable bed, huge closet with suitcase rack, ironing board and iron, washer/dryer (!!), a very nice kitchen (full sized fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher, and - HALLELUJAH - unscratched pots and pans (amazing find if you're like me and tend to bring your own frying pan on trips because most rentals' cookware is scratched, gross, and unusable). The only tiny thing that would make it better would be to have a small stash of essentials for cooking- a few packs of sugar, basic seasonings, and a little spray oil (I paid $5 for a small stick of butter at the Dep), etc, but otherwise, this is one of the nicest places I've stayed in in Montreal recently.

Cons:

No fault of the hotel's but there isn't a convenient full service grocery store nearby - we ended up buying from "Depanneur M-Y Bonsecour" a block away, which had almost everything we needed, but it would've been nice to have a little cheat sheet in the room about where to find local food shops, patisseries, cafes, etc. On our last day, I found delicious croissants and bagels in an unmarked basement shop called La Cave a Manger in the Bonsecours Market, which is right across the street. But all down St. Paul, you will find a wide range of restaurants.

Super séjour dans le vieux Montréal!
Pros:

Son emplacement et la décoration

Cons:

Perfect accommodations when visiting Montreal, particularly if taking a cruise from the Grand Quay.
Pros:

Spectacular location in the heart of Old Montreal - Rue Saint-Paul. Easy access (i.e., walking distance) to many of the city's attractions. For us it was especially convenient as we took a cruise departing from the Grand Quay of the Port of Montreal; just 10 minutes away. Must also point out the excellent communication from the property host and the availability of a washer and dryer (on the same floor as the unit at no extra charge).

Cons:

N/A. All was perfect.

This property is one of those stays that become part of your vacation experience, not just a place to rest and sleep.
Pros:

This place is a gem! I cannot wait to come back and stay here again. The location is the best and I felt so safe. You are within steps of all the action.

Communication is great and it was easy from the start.

And the history of the location - if the walls could talk.

It was very quiet and bright, with huge windows.

Cons:

I just could have used some hangers but other than that it was amazing.

Perfect accommodations in a perfect location
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay. The place was very comfortable, very clean, and had perfect accommodations. The location could not have been any better. We highly recommend this location and this company and will use it again when we come back to Montreal, soon.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like is that we wish our stay was longer!
